if the payment goes failed you need to wait a week
you need to pay fee for first payment , you need to pay fee for second withdraw
example i pay 20$ with fee if it failed the system return 15$

I only used it to withdraw crypto coins, it's convenient and fast, everything is great, thank you. And the support is also good, they really helped me out at one point, I mean, I couldn't figure it out right away when I did it the first time, but they explained everything I needed well.
