Super store and super service. There was a little problem, solved immediately. The objects are shipped in great shipping box, super protected and safe.

I ordered a F1 model car, not marked as out of stock or on pre-order, three months ago. The model has not been delivered and is now not for sale. I’ve tried to contact the dealer several times, first asking for updates, the last time asking to cancel the order, without getting any response from his side.

It took two months for my order to be acknowledged. During that time, I purchased from someone else. Refund. Return. No, thank you.

Although my customer experience got off on the wrong foot (1. there was a glitch in the ordering system and I had no info about order status and 2. the guys sent me a different model (other driver than wanted)), the team was ready to help me compensating for the mistake.

I have placed 4 orders in total, having no troubles after that initial mishap.

Triplecrownmodelstore also has many strong special sales (clearance - stockout etc). This makes me a happy customer.

Took over 3 months to get my package and only after threatening multiple times to do a chargeback with my credit card company did the package ever get shipped but before it even got shipped they wanted me to pay another $89 on top of the money I already paid for shipping months before add to all this that they would not respond to emails for weeks at a time or when they did they wouldn't answer the question the products are a good quality but the service is absolutely atrocious and since they're not making the products only selling them their job is to provide the service I would look elsewhere as I will be for sure don't let the prices fool you and it takes months to get it and they try and get more money out of you before they even ship it basically holding your package hostage while having your full paid money for months

I have edited this review, as the item finally arrived:
Placed an order March 2025 for an item that was on backorder, so I expected a delay. Fast forward to end of January 2026, and after many emails, I finally received word my item was on its way. Two weeks later however, and the tracking number they gave me was not recognized by the Poste Italiane tracking service.
Just one day after I initially posted this review, I received an email from Poste Italiane and the supplier to say I had a package in delivery.
Item finally arrived today, mid-February. Well packaged, item exactly as described - but the original box inside had a slight tear. Considering this item is a collectors edition - I would expect the original box to be in pristine condition. Tear must have happened before it was packaged by the supplier, because the external packaging is not damaged in any way.
Item took 11 months from date of order, with no regular updates other than very brief "it's on back order" type of replies when I requested for an ETA.
Poor communications, slight damage to original packaging on receipt.
Will not use this supplier again.

I ordered some mini helmet models and modelcars in November but they have NOT been sent since then. I've emailed them 6 times and not a single answer given. My last two orders sent 3 and 5 weeks later, but this one has NOT been sent 8 weeks. They don't even bother replying any email. I told them to send my goods or refund, I think I am scammed this time.

Don't buy anything from them. It's like gambling.

Items arrived in great shape. The price is very fair. Communication could be improved, but all in all I'm happy with my transaction and will continue to order from this store.

Made an order (5332) in December 2024.
Both items of the order were in pre-sale and became available around November 2025. Shipment was made in mid January 2026. Between November 2025 and January 2026 I send several emails inquiring about the status of my order and no feedback was given. Customer care needs improvement. It was my second purchase in this site and ultimately both purchases went well.

Fast postage to Australia. Model was very well packed. Excellent service. Thankyou
