I bought a pair of KTM gloves on 28th July. Their website states dispatch 3-5 days. I’ve still not got them! OVER 2 WEEKS! I emailed this disgrace of a company to ask where they were and I’ve had no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISGRACE IF A COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER!

Ordered a KTM pillion seat cover, looks slightly different colour to picture (KTM supplied picture?), but once fitted is fine!
Support, delivery and communications are outstanding!
Recommended parts supplier and will use again

Touring the North of England, day 3 of 4, a Sunday, Leicestershire IAM Advanced riders annual tour. Returning south, at Moffat a stone damaged the rear tyre as more worn than expected, causing us the plug it ( loss of pressure to 1.6 bar, BMW RED WARNING) to get to our Kendal hotel. The extreme heat and progressive ride worn the tyre down as it had originally about 800 miles left starting Friday, it was due to replace when home……
However, back at Kendal,Sunday evening web search showed Triple D Motosport Ltd capable of handling my BMW S1000XR TE, so send a forward contact web email to prime them of my need to replace early Monday morning.
Got there about 9 am, their staff and MD could not have been more supportive to help out my emergency needs to at least replace the rear tyre (Metzler) so I could get home to Leicestershire. I was lucky though do hold good tyre stock.
Didn’t need an emergency fit tyre as they had Michelin Road 5 touring rear tyre (190/50/17)so fitted. Also as the front only had 1.5 mm tread left, they also had fortunately a front Road 6, compatible. They also identified and replaced BMW front wheel bearing that collapsed on removal (16k miles), no obvious symptoms to warn me. Luckily they had the right size in. They made the time to do this and their mechanics, given a busy day ahead. All done for about £470 and got me home. So thankful to the great team and service. Mr P Borrell

This is the first time I've ordered anything from Triple D Motorsport. I wasn't sure about the fitting of the parts for my bike but gave them a call and found them to be super helpful, knowledgeable and really friendly. Highly recommended, buy with confidence.

This is the first time I have used triple D motorsport and throughly satisfied. Spoke with Dominic during the Christmas period and found him very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I ordered a ktm 790 adventure r low seat but it was going to be on back order from ktm austria until mid febuary and I would see it towards the end of febuary. Low and behold I had a email confirmation yesterday that it was turning up on the 4th between 8.35-10.35. The seat was well packaged and turned up at 9.15. Thank you for keeping me informed and good service. I will have no hesitation on using you again in the future as I have found other ktm dealerships to be un helpful and abrupt. Well done.👍

Brilliant service – the staff went out of their way to help me find bolts for my brake levers after a handguard upgrade. Friendly, welcoming and saved me money too. Highly recommended - thanks guys.

Order confirmed at the beginning of August but still waiting for delivery. No updates when it will arrive and it’s now well past the 5-10 day estimate.

I ordered full price new crash bars for my 1290 super adventure they sent crash bars that where marked and obviously showed they had been previously fitted to another bike. To make matters worse they showed little remorse and have made no effort to ring me back as twice requested.

Not received my order yet !. No indication prior to ordering that the item was not in stock and will not be available until the 12th August.

Called up to ask for help with KTM products, great service and information given ,helped me to make the right choice and delivery was super quick and well packaged

Ordered the 3l USWE hydration backpack and it arrived the next working day. The backpack is really well made and fits and works well. It looks as though it will last well

not satisfied at all with the service, twice now this has happened to me with orders from yourselves. I had placed the order and was told on the details of the order it would be a standard delivery to then be notified it was on backlog for 2 months? i’m not one bit happy with this as i’ve an upcoming race and if i had knew it would been this long waiting for a delivery again i would’ve never used the website i’ll be sure to make a write up and let social media know how poor quality of service i had received twice now. i had a phone call back from yourselves and was told the graphics are ready and asked for them to be sent immediately and still have not been sent. this can’t be happening after the money i have paid multiple times.

According to triple d website everything i ordered was in stock. Two weeks later nothing has arrived and no messages to say why not.

Great piece of kit, a bit pricey but good sale price from Triple D made it a worthy investment, it’s made by Roadlok in US and bolts nicely to front caliper as a very nice disc lock which is always with you.

Staff very helpful on the phone and went to check they had exactly what I was looking for. Purchased online and arrived the next day. Simple, easy- the way it should be!
