I loved my itinerary and the guides…
I loved my itinerary and the guides that were asdigned to me wete all fantastic. Very cordial, respectful and courteous. The drivers picking me up at the airports wete all very nice and punctual especially Tiaggo in Iguazu. I had such a great time.

Wonderful Greece
The tours I booked were great, especially Meteora. Maria was a wonderful guide and the place was amazing. TripMasters was super responsive when I couldn't connect with my Mycenae tour before I arrived and helped me with my questions. I've used TripMasters before and I'll do it again.

Hotel Quality
Booking air travel through TripMasters made it difficult and very expensive to change or cancel flights and train reservations, but it turns out if we had booked directly with airlines and trains, it would NOT have been difficult or expensive to change. We paid thousands extra for upgraded hotels during our stay, yet the quality of the hotels was barely 3 star. The rooms were old, run-down, and the furniture was dirty and not updated at all. Very disappointed in the quality and especially the price we paid to "upgrade". I shudder to think what the "non-upgraded" rooms must have been. On my own, I found a hotel for one night at the end of the trip, and paid far less per night for a truly fantastic room. It seems that we'll need to book our own trips in the future.
