Be careful with this company

Be careful with returns - logged a return and sent product back with the supplied shipping label from the company (which I paid for). I forgot about this and when I looked at the tracking, the product had arrived back a week earlier. Emailed the company who said they would refund once the product arrived. I pointed out they had provided the label and the tracking showed it was delivered a week ago. Received a response saying they hadn't received in their warehouse and would refund once they had.

I am now in the process of filing a chargeback with my credit card provider.

EDIT - Company contacted me to resolve the issue, apologise and offer a discount voucher. As such I am amending the review in light of their improved customer service.
