Extremely frustrated

Extremely frustrated with Tripo right now. I’ve been locked out of my account and unable to log in, and customer support has taken over 7 days to respond with no real resolution.

For a platform people pay for and rely on, this level of support is unacceptable. I understand technical issues happen, but leaving paying customers stranded for a week with little communication is terrible customer service.

The software itself has potential, but none of that matters if users can’t access their accounts and support is basically nonexistent when something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience.

Tripo3d is fantastic!

Tripo3d is my first experience with image to 3d art.It’s simply amazing and fast, from one image or from multiple angles.The final output is ready to send to your favourite app,ZBrush,Blender etc and either carry on sculpting or prep for print.Fantastic app!.

Highly recommended.

Firstly, I didn't trust this platform because I dont want to rely on AI to make 3D models. But, It s really surprise me with the outcome. I love it.
