I had book tickets from mumbai to langkawi and return everything was fine my money got deducted I got mail of 169k deduction... But I didn't recive the pnr and tickets.. Then their agent called me and said that u will have to pay extra 33k because the rates have now increased .. I was like how the hell ur website shows the total amount And after all the payments and confirmation of payment completed. U call personaly to the client and say that u have to pay extra money... They are pure cheaters and scammer don't trust them.. Better use direct airlines website or and other big name websites..

I recently booked a flight ticket through the Tripodeal travel website. The booking was confirmed online, and the payment was successfully made. However, shortly after completing the transaction, I received a message from their team stating that the fare had increased and that I would need to pay an additional ₹8,000 to secure the ticket.

This situation is completely unacceptable. When a customer makes a booking and payment is processed, the fare and confirmation should be final. Asking for additional payment after the booking is unethical and misleading.

I refused to pay the extra amount and requested a refund. The representative informed me that the refund process would take seven days, which is again inconvenient and disappointing. It appears that Tripodeal is engaging in deceptive practices by displaying lower fares to attract customers and then demanding more money after payment.

I strongly advise others to be cautious while booking tickets through Tripodeal. My experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope the company takes responsibility for improving its customer service and refund process.

I have booked international flights four times through this travel website, and each time I faced the same issue.

After completing the online payment and receiving the initial confirmation, I was contacted by staff who informed me that the fare had changed. They asked me to pay an additional amount of ₹4,000–₹5,000 per ticket in order to proceed with the booking.

When I refused and requested a full refund, they would try to negotiate, and after some delay, they would come back saying they would check with the airline to try and confirm the ticket at the original fare. Eventually, they would issue the ticket at the originally advertised price.

This pattern has repeated each time. It seems that they are listing group fares or blocked tickets at discounted prices to attract customers. Once the payment is made, they create pressure tactics to extract more money under the excuse of fare increase.

This is a highly unprofessional and misleading practice, and I urge others to be very cautious when booking through this agent or website. Such tactics are not only unethical but could potentially violate consumer protection laws.

I request the concerned authorities or platforms to take appropriate action to investigate and address this issue.

I had booked a ticket through TripOdeal/Travelsees, but by mistake, I left the second name column blank for one passenger. After that, they called me and informed me that the PNR had been blocked and the ticket could not be released. They further said I would have to cancel the ticket, with a deduction of more than ₹5,000 per passenger. I then called Air India Customer Care, and they advised me not to cancel the ticket but instead request the booking agent to correct the name.When I contacted TripOdeal again, they finally edited the name incorrectly by entering the second name as the first name, which is still not valid as per the passenger’s travel document. They are only booking agents who mislead customers and extract money unfairly. Please be cautious when dealing with them.

#TOD01814794, this was my booking ID, the ticket was not confirmed after the full payment shown in the website.they are asking us to pay more or change the date.We initiated for refund which they are telling it will be refunded 8- 10 days,The amount we booked already is 1,54 000.Now we have to book again .what a inconvenience they are causing .

Never book anything through tripodeal. A worst choice. I booked my flight tickets to degrading and done the payment. Waited for half an hour but booking didn’t confirmed. When I called the customer service they replied my that I needed to pay 5000 more by giving reason that the price is hiked. I asked for refund. The person replied that it is not possible because my return ticket is confirmed by the departure ticket faces price hike. With heavy heart I had to pay extra 5000.

I booked the return flight from tripodeal. There travelsees customer support and services is far below professionalism. The customer support are just deployed to fool customer. Very bad experience. Never ever going to take there services in near future nor do I recommend others..
