I had a fabulous time going on the 9 day Japan trip May 2024. From the beginning, I was very satisfied with the customer service at TripOppo offered by Candie. I am also grateful that she booked me on EvaAir. I had a wonderful in-flight experience.

Although a guided tour, there is some opportunity for leisure time to explore the locations and taste different types of food. Felicia, was the tour guide and did a sufficient job.
The hotels are not located in central areas so not much sightseeing unless you take the train. However, this is also a contributing factor to the cost of the trip being reasonable.

Overall,The itinerary was a nice mix of culture, history, technology and food. Although it was a short trip, I was able to see and do a lot of things. This was a bucket list trip fulfilled.

A suggestion or change that could be implemented or considered for the future is to replace some of the temple/shrine attractions with other attractions such as museums, karaoke, Hiroshima, Yokohama etc.

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Croatia Bosnia and Slovenia.
Our tour manager Sammy was always smiling and went out of his way to make our trip an experience of a lifetime.
The scenery, history and the people of each country were outstanding.
The hotels were first class and the food was excellent.
Suggestion: would recommend that headsets would be available for the city tours.
Looking for to my next trip with Tripoppo.

They said will provide the best hotel, and they honour that very pleased with all hotels.
The tour guides were amazing Minnie was truly a true guide, you can see she takes pride n her job.
Sunny was another guide you was fantastic too,very knowledgeable and the driver was excellent at driving, went an extra mile to show us the great city of Japan.

We have taken several trips with Tripoppo (formerly Nexus) over the past several years. Our trip to Italy will be our last with them and we will no longer recommend them
We returned Sept. 14 from Tripoppo’s tour “Essence of Italy”. We would not recommend this tour to anyone.
Clearly Tripoppo has never had boots on the ground with their provider on location Europamundo. This is a Spanish company based in Madrid. The services provided fell way short of expectations. The balance of the tour catered to the Spanish tourists with little or no consideration given to the English speaking tourists which numbered 13 including the 4 in our party.
All tours with the exception of 2 English guided tours (1 in Florence and 1 in Venice) consisted of merely being told that we could go here or there and figure things out for ourselves. Basically what we paid for on this trip was on overpriced bus ride.
Although accommodation was supposed to be 4 star, the accommodation in Rome, Verona and Venice would barely achieve 2 or 3 star. Hotel in Rome had a very impressive lobby and that is where it ended.
Many of the optional tours we booked were cancelled as there were not “enough English tourists” although Europamundo made no mention of minimums.
The only two guides that actually went the extra mile were Marina (in Pompeii) and Alejandra who got us on a Get Your Guide tour to the Borromenea Islands at 1/4 of the cost when the leader Julio said our tour with Europamundo had to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers.

Two nights stay at the middle of the Amazon lodge is a big plus in this trip. The service and quality of this tour is excellent. My kids absolutely loved the Alpacas and Llama farm. Thank you TripOppo for helping us complete yet another one of our bucket list trips.

16 Days in Spain and Portugal: Madrid and Lisbon have long been our ideal travel locations. The port wine was excellent! Much better than the wine from home. While there are many sites to see one this tour, the cathedral in Zaragoza was our favorite. I heartily recommend taking the additional trip to Sintra, a quaint little town near to Lisbon!

Japan and Korea – 0507 – Review: Weather – Mild, can wear long sleeve without feeling hot. Food – Excellent, very fresh, just enough to feel full. Sights – Good variety, enjoyed the Bamboo Forest, Nara Park, and Osaka Castle. Guides – Informative and knowledgeable. One of the guides was Chinese but he has been living in Osaka for over 10 years, we didn’t mind this as he was knowledgeable of the culture and could make many recommendations. Traffic – In tourist areas, you will see a lot of people. It seems Japan and Korea have both been getting very busy lately. Especially in Mt Fuji!

We visited so many different regions and cities, it is very noticeable how the way of living differs from one city to another. Shanghai was very technological and advanced, I was surprised. It felt futuristic. We were very satisfied with seeing the massive gorges while on our cruise. This is our 4th trip with TripOppo, would recommend.

South Korea and Japan Tour, May 2024
South Korea tour was good and the guide tried to keep the schedule (information was not in depth, but we got a highlight of what we were visiting). The Japan tour was not great: the guide lacked organization and basic knowledge of the places we were visiting (we heard more about shopping than the actual places in most of the locations. The hotels in Japan also were less than desirable: in Osaka, we were at least 45min from the actual Osaka, and the one in Tokyo was not even in Tokyo so we were stuck in the hotel as it would have taken more than 1 hour to get to Tokyo); in addition, the hotel in Hammamatsu was awful, complete outdated, no restaurant inside or nearby (we had to buy sandwiches at a FamilyMart). Meals were ok and the optional dinner in the hotel near Tokyo was spectacular.

South Korea and Japan Tour, May 2024
South Korea tour was good and had a good tour guide. Japan tour was not. Interary specified that we are going to stay in a hotels in Tokyo and Osaka, but we did not. We stayed in totally different towns and needed to take one - two hour ride on the trains to get to Tokyo or Osaka, which was not easy as being first time tourist. Above the high cost of train tickets. Japan tour only provided 1 lunch and 1 dinner over the duration of the tour and both of these meals were very small, served in tiny bowls. Tour guide was providing very limited information, specially about Japanese history and was not able to answer basic questions. Poor

We have just returned from the 13 days Miracle of Turkey tour arranged by TripOppo. In reality, it’s only 10 days of touring considering the first 2 days and the last day are travel days. Included within that time are 5 shopping stops (carpet, jewelry, pottery, leather, and general merchandise) lasting from one to three hours each and usually in the morning as we head out. While we appreciate lessons learned in production of these goods we felt too often these tours are used for high pressure commission sale. Are these visits necessary when we pay fair market price for our tour?

We booked this trip on a Black Friday promotion which upgraded all hotels to 4 to 5-star standard. Of the eight hotel stays only two I regarded as 5-star, the rest were 3-star including the “Cave” hotel in Cappadocia. Most were well worn and generally lacking room service and maintenance. On one of the hotel on the 18th floor we had a big crack across the whole window. We felt this to be a safety issue. At the same hotel there were several big leaks on the dining room skylight as it rained outside. One doesn’t expect these in a 5-star hotel. Seems Tripoppo does not vet hotels very well. Furthermore, the location of these hotels are usually far from any facilities, especially when there are multiple night stays (ie Istanbul, Kusadasi).

For our small group (10) a van was used for transportation. While economical the seating arrangements were challenging. Two seats were rear-facing behind the driver leaving occupants to miss upcoming attractions until they have passed. The rear bench was uncomfortable for extended travel as they do not tilt and left shorter travellers’ legs dangling. For fairness a prearranged daily seat rotation should have been instituted. Also, the microphone used by the tour guide to communicate worked less than half the time. As a result, many of us seniors missed the commentaries throughout the trip.

General consensus in our group was food selection could have been better and more plentiful, especially breakfast in some of the hotels. On the positive side, it was a good culture experience and our driver, Moustafa (?) was friendly and an excellent driver.

Sorry, this would be the last time I'm booking with Tripoppo due to unknown airline seat assignment. This weren't happened last time when we used TripOppo.

South Korea & Japan - May 14-28, 2024
I had a great trip with TripOppo! Our guide in South Korea (Mini) was amazing! She took such good care of us and is passionate about her country. I’d like to give her a 5 star rating!
Suggestion to decrease the number of meals provided and save them for Japan where we had minimal.
Japan was a great experience. Suggestion to use a guide who is Japanese born and knows the country well. I did not feel the same level of enthusiasm & passion from the guide as I did in South Korea. It makes all the difference.

Allure of Danube Cruise. ..Well organized River Cruise. Good balance of planned guided tours, optional tours, and free time to explore or chill out.Staff during Cruise were helpful. Duration and endurance required for guided tours were perfect for us retirees. Could have had better onboarding meeting on Boat, to explain details for dining, beverages, evening print out for next day activities. Meals were plentiful, could have had more "destination-specific entrees" for Boat Dinners as we entered new countries. Could have had a more definite hand-off experience as we transitioned to Prague hotel... had to make guesses for next morning. Would definitely consider TRIPOPPO for another River Cruise.

We just came back from our South Korea and Japan tour it was wonderful experience we enjoy a lot Tripoppo staff were knowledgeable, polite and very helpful, quickly get back answer any questions also well organized, accommodations were good only not satisfied with our veggie food. I recommend my nephew so they are planning to go in September 2024 same place with Tripoppo so thanks to Tripoppo made my trip success 🙏

15 Days Mysteries of Egypt and Jordan with Nile Cruise
APRIL 18TH – MAY 2nd
My husband and I recently completed this amazing tour and are pleased to give a review of the experience. First and foremost, never once did we feel in any way at risk due to the current situation of volatility in the Middle East. We were met at the various airports by Tripoppo representatives, who ensured all our documentation was processed through the local authorities. We booked this tour last June, prior to the escalation of hostilities and did have concerns, but they were unfounded. We travelled in comfort on modern, large, air conditioned busses and felt extremely safe.
The tour itself was made even more memorable by our two local tour guides, Mr. EMAD ENAN in Egypt and Mr. BASHAR TWAL in Jordan. Their level of expertise and knowledge was encyclopedic and they looked after the most minute details on our behalf. Mr. Enan quickly became a friend to our group of 18, the majority of whom were friends prior to the trip. He shepherded us through temples and museums, churches and citadels, onto camel rides and through vendors, always with a cheerful “Yallah, yallah… Let’s go”, clearing a pathp wherever we went. Mr. Bashar, likewise, was equally personable and, like Mr. Enan, attentive to the different levels of fitness of the group. On a day when no one had booked the optional offering, he ensured we had an added experience at the River Jordan.
We took advantage of all optional tours but one and they definitely made the adventure unforgettable. The information from Trippopo was clear and concise and contained everything we needed to know.
The hotels were excellent and the Nile cruise accommodations were above our expectations. Everywhere we went the food was a culinary delight. Even the boxed lunches prepared were more than ample.
We are seasoned cruise travelers, however, this was our first tour living out of our suitcases. Everything ran extremely smoothly, but with all the optional tours, there was very little free time. This is something to be aware of. This tour is not for the feint-hearted. Getting up at 3:15 a.m. to travel to a sunrise hot air balloon ride, followed by a tour of the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut in 46°C, all before lunch makes for a full schedule!
My one disappointment, and it's likely not to be helped, was losing essentially two days sitting in airports. There were four internal flights and airlines, being what they are, rarely seem to arrive or depart on time. I don't know if logistics could be better scheduled. Just something to be aware of.
In conclusion, this adventure will go down as a highlight in our journeys throughout the world. Our appreciation for the local customs, cultures, ancient history, religions, and the people will never be forgotten. Shukran, Habibi.

The tour was very well organized, nice and knowledgeable guides helped us every step, nice hotels and comfortable transportation.

Right from booking TripOppo staff were wonderful. They got back to us quickly to answer any questions.
The cruise was really well organized and planned out. Food and accommodations were outstanding.
As two, of only 8, English speaking travellers they accommodated us very well.
The only minor problem we had was that the wifi was not good on the ship. We could get it when we were on the buses going on our tours though.

It was the first time we joined TripOppo for a 16 days trip to China. We found the staff of TripOppo very courteous in providing sufficient information about the trip and helpful in applying the group China Visa for us. On April 18 when we arrived Shanghai Pudong Int'l Airport before midnight, we were greeted and well recieved to head to the hotel where Fei, the Tour Guide, personally met us at the lobby for a speedy check-in. In the cities of Shanghai, HangZhou and SuZhou, we found Fei very knowledegable, professional and caring, who introduced the places we went with detailed history and current developments. He helped with booking an optional tour in Beijing for us. We also enjoyed the Yangzhigan River Cruise a lot. The staff on the Cruise were very kind and pleasing. They worked as a team in synergy effectively to make us feel at home and relaxing. There were different tour guides to lead us in various optional tours and all were quality customer service providers. Hotels and eateries were satisfactory. Our trip was well planned, arranged and managed for shows, foods, and transportation timely in different cities. Our group members were also kind and co-operative. We appreciate TripOppo for services and arrangements for our trip. We surely will refer TripOppo to our friends to join the trips of TripOppo they like. The only comment is perhaps Chengdu was sadly not being included in itinerary.

The variety of experiences in 3 different countries spanning cultural events, local cuisine, geographic wonders (Widest river in the world [Rio de la Plata], Iguassu Falls, Atlantic rainforest, Amazon jungle …); historical attractions (Argentina hacienda, Sugarloaf mountain, Christ the Redeemer Statue, Beaches [Coco Cabana, Impanema, etc], Cable car ride, Inca historical sites [Machu Pichu, Cusco, Inca museum, etc…..]; Flora and Fauna were beyond incredible from Butterflies, birds, caymans, alpacas, monkeys, lush vegetation to Lima where it never rains… was overall outstanding!
Our intra flights went very well, however the flights were booked under not our own names but others in the group which opened up private information that should NOT normally be shared. This complicated and prolonged our checkin. Each couple should have had their own booking number for each and every flight!
The local tour guides (Lewis Mendias in Argentina, Leo in Iguazu, Lisbet at Machu Picchu [who gave 2 of us walking sticks to make our climb easier] were personable, well informed, caring, open to questions and suggestions. Ricardo (while a lovely gentleman) in Lima did not speak or understand English well enough to “tour” us in place of the assigned guide. He could not “tour” us. He got us from A to B but that is all.
Hotels were well located and offered good service. Breakfasts were very good and accommodated us with a bagged meal when we had to leave extra early. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms on two different occasions due to a dysfunctional sink and extreme noise coming from outside. All of our hotels were very inefficient when it came to registering us for our rooms. For example, Novotel in Rio took forever to process our group (there was only 10 of us) while a group of about 40 persons who arrived after us, were processed in a very short time. Why??? It would seem that TripOppo may not be booking us in such a manner as would streamline the process of checkin.
Group size (10 persons) was real plus. We bonded with each other very well during the tour and since.
It is very unfortunate that one couple who were land only participants, were given erroneous information i.e. luggage costs, itinerary, intra flights not available after they were told everything was a “go” for them to join the group. We felt their frustration and wonder why this happened.
We have questions regarding the prepaid gratuities. Some of those who served us expected (asked) for tips when we understood these should have been covered. How might the company clarify who is and who is not being included with the prepaid gratuity? Could the group participants be provided with a general list of who is being compensated??
We feel that we received “value for money” from TripOppo.
