Initial booking straightforward

Initial booking straightforward, however, trying to get the correct information/ tickets afterwards was truly frustrating, loads of phone calls and promises of call backs that didn’t happen beggared belief. I did begin to wonder who we had booked with.
They outdid themselves, when the flight was cancelled due to Coronovirus, email contact and telephone call and the refund arrived within a couple of days. Have to say that this was truly impressive.

I would love to pay a tribute to Rachel.
We massively impressed with her extraordinary loving great personality.
We really admire her high professionalism and hugest erudition and smartness.
She is an extremely productive effective fast on her job.
She works above and beyond to make her customers truly happy. Rachel is terribly helpful and refined fascinating young lady with a radiant sincerity and a beautiful dignity and a great FANTASTIC personal charm.
Miss Kate treats every customer with an incredible respect and dignity and like her Sole one and Last one.
She has got a wonderful ability to make people around her feeling calm happy and good for themselves.
She has got a tremendous sense of duty and responsibility and punctuality and discipline.
Rachel is a best example for thousands of us.
