Terrible customer service, their techs have no clue what they are talking about. The product documentation is terrible and a simple instrument like a PDU can not be turned on in a straightforward manner in software. Lost an entire week of work dealing with them and this simple request. Any company but this one.
Indicator light stopped working within one year. Oddly the light stopped working when the unit was unplugged. Can't tell if the unit is still a surge protector or not. Power goes through but no indicator light. Piece of junk.
Had a technical issue with my UPS and Tripp Lite came through and replaced my UPS under warranty. I could not be happier!
