We had a rather rainy visit this year and didn't think we'd be able to do a dolphin cruise. Thankfully our last day on the emerald coast was a sunny one but unfortunately everyone else had the same idea we did and our boat of choice was sold out. Our Tripshock booking agent helped us find another dolphin cruise and we are so happy with the experience! The Sunventure 2 was fun, interactive, and intimate.

This was my first time booking with TripShock. I'm very harpy with the experience. Very easy to find the activity I was interested in and extremely easy to book. I only gave it 4 stars because the booking times available for the activity doesn't really say capacity available to book. It might be the merchant doesn't have a system to allow for that, but something to look into.

Easy to book & confirm

Based on my reservation made by phone this company was very easy to work with & very friendly. I hope our trip is as pleasant.

This site listed places others didn't, wish I had known about it before my trip I would have booked more!

Booking was basically easy accept for the check boxes don't visibly check on iPhone so it took some dumb luck to get past those steps.

I am always happy to save a buck or two especially when on vacation. I am thrilled I found TripShock. I saved $15 on an excursion I booked through them. I had a question before I completed my booking. I called TripShock and they answered my question. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you TripShock.

Great friendly quick

I reserved a pontoon boat and it was fantastic. The people were so helpful and the boat was clean and worked great. No problems. I will go there every time I rent a boat.

I have used trip shock for the last couple of years. I have always had a good experience ... However this year has been disappointing .
I am still waiting for my reservation email .
After a very long phone hold today , I was told it was emailed including a 10.00 off coupon for my next event .
This is the only email I have reviewed .. Now dreading the call back tomorrow to get the details of my reservation.

Employees were nice and very attentive, offered to load and unload bags and other items onto the boat! Would definitely rent from them again!

We have never used TripShock before, but reviewing the cruise options available and booking the cruise we wanted was easy and efficient. cost of cruise was really reasonable.
