Charged Twice
I booked a flight for 5 people from Dublin to Cologne. I was told return flight was booked up and an alternative flight was offered at an extra cost of 90. When I got conformation I checked my account in shock to notice I was charged the original price of 533 plus 620. No answer on phones. Message sent but it's a Saturday and am told I will be contacted within 48 hrs. Not good enough

After checking the history of your reservation, he have noticed that our company only debited your account for the confirmed reservation. The amount of 533.90 EUR corresponds to a failed transaction for a previous booking attempt. This specific amount was never actually charged on your card.
