I was really scare about all the reviews I have read however I did not have any trouble with my flight. I just bought my ticket, and they neither me changed any dates or something. I am very happy with my ticket.

Unable to amend travel dates/details.

I am currently attempting to amend my return flight date with tripsta but am unable to do so. Tripsta repeatedly send me the same automatically generated email telling me to revert to my facilitating airline in order to make amendments however the airline continuously revert me back to the websitni made my booking with.. they say that can only amend flight details on bookings made on their website. I am very disappointed that no one is getting back in touch directly or that the facility is not available to amend details. I future I will ensure to book directly with airlines in order to avoid my current situation.

I cancelled a flight around 6 weeks ago. I meant to get 60% refund. Still waiting on the refund. Have sent Tripsta 3-4 emails in the last few weeks but no reply at all. Can someone in Tripsta look into my issue please, I can't afford to lose this money

Do not buy from Tripsta!

I was trying to check information about my flight, when I noticed that the book number confirmation that Tripsta gave me didn't exist.
Now, 2 weeks left to travel, they emailed me saying that my flight has been cancelled, but my money was taken anyway, stolen actually. After that I've tried to get in touch with Trispa, but it has been impossible, there is no customer assistant.
I sincerely hope that this website will be banned, so it'll not cause any problems to the people anymore.

Customer service does NOT exist

Customer service does NOT exist. This company should be shut down. I booked 3 tickets costing me about £700. The flight includes a stop off in Frankfurt Germany. I wanted to ask them about my luggage if it would be transferred onto connecting flight or if i have to so it myself because i have 2 hour wait to the flight to london. I tried all their numbers.. NONE of them work. So i emailed them and they never replied back. Avoid them like the plague. I have a bad feeling this company may be scam i read some of the reviews before posting this and i am very worried.

Tripsta's fall

I booked four flights to india and they have sent me an email saying that the Booking had been cancelled, and without any possibilities of making a refund and we should Talk with the airline or my bank. When i spoke with the airline they told me that the cancellation was arrange by tripsta and they had received the money from the airline. Having a look on internet was when I realized that the company had fallen

I have tried over and over and over…

I have tried over and over and over again through dozens of different platforms to get ahold of Tripsta without any response. I even bought Skype to call all their numbers for customer support in different countries with no success. Their US customer service number just says that the number is unavailable. No responses to email or contact forms on the site. I need to cancel a flight and have been attempting to for over a month. It says to contact the airline directly but when you contact the airline they say only Tripsta can cancel the booking. Its an endless battle. F92387421 is my booking and I would appreciate a response.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I sent 45 emails, none of which were ever answered. They never answered the phone line provided. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are only interested in money.

Refund pending for almost 15days now

I had booked a flight to India through your website. But the out ound was changed by the airlines and I did not want that. So i requested for a refund. The airline refunded the money on 20th but I am yet to get any money. I was told on 18th that ut would take about a week. But it has been more than that.

Booked my flight from TRIPSTA via Skyscanner

Booked my flight from Auckland-Manchester couple weeks ago. Even spoke to emirates reguard my flight just 2 days ago because my flight was meant to stop in Bali but the volcano had been active so I was checking for cancellations... I was on the system then, When I gave my booking number ect..
just got to the airport and Tripsta have cancelled my flight and asked for a refund apparently. (No refund in my bank account) i have had no call or email from them! Emirates have no Info why and said to deal with the 3rd party travel agency, tried to call tripsta on every number I can find online... no answer. Emailed and sent them messages, no reply.
So had to book another flight in the airport, costing me $1600 ( I paid $1300 for the first ticket) I will just make it home in time for my grandmas funeral. You should be ashamed of yourselves I will be taking this further expect to hear from me soon. DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING WITH THESE!!

Very negative experience so far as my issue remains unresolved. I was charged extra to what I authorised and consented when I completed my payment with the website, which I only found out when I read the ticket receipt that was emailed to me. I contacted Customer Care to bring it to their attention, however the Representative responded in a manner that left me seriously doubting that they had taken the time to read my email and rather responded with general comments on ticket purchase procedures. I would have expected a response of genuine interest to investigate their website for potential glitches and hidden costs. I would have also expected an apology for the negative experience and the unlawful charge and of course a refund. So far I have found none of the above. I have asked for the matter to be escalated further as a formal complaint so I will update this review when it progresses further. For now I can say beyond doubt that I will not be trusting Tripsta.ie for any further purchases.

Just tried buying a ticket online. Money taken from my account but website is asking me to put card details again. Tried calling the contact number but obviously, there is no one at the end of the line. Have completed contact form ref# 6246761) but not sure when I will get feedback as everything is on auto response. Seems yhere is no customer care at all.

I was happy with the service until I…

I was happy with the service until I went to pay . There was optional covers and before I added in a 9.99 cover my total was 350, with the added cover it came to 360 this included taxes , then I chose my payment method , I used a visa debit so there should have been no extra charge however when I looked down at my total it had gone up to 372.97 even though it should have not gone up any more. I went through my details again to ensure I didn't add anything extra in by accident but I couldn't find anything! I want to know why this happened
