15 tickets, easy and quick

I purchased 15 tickets split between 3 places. The site was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I received the confirmation email and mobile tickets very quickly. I will continue to use this site for future events. This was my first time.

Tripster restored my faith in customer service and instilled faith in ordering tickets online! 10/10

My experience with Tripster on a recent trip to Pigeon Forge could not have been any better! I purchased tickets to a Variety Act through them that were significantly less expensive than the retail ticket price, even when applying discount codes. Our seats were in the 2nd row and center stage. It made for a wonderful evening. Additionally, I purchased tickets for the Pirates Voyage show (again, much cheaper ticket prices.) When we arrived at the show, I realized that I had purchased tickets for the Myrtle Beach location and not Pigeon Forge. My 9 year old was heartbroken, as this was our last night in town and the highlight of our trip. Tripster worked with the venue to see if they could get us in for the show but it happened to be sold out. They answered the phone within a few rings of me calling for help and stayed on the line with me while that searched options for rebooking (I think her name was Sam and she was LOVELY.) Unfortunatly, the shows were all sold out for the evening and without being prompted, she offered to refund the tickets even knowing it was my bone-head move in booking the wrong location. The card was refunded within 4 days of the call, and I could not be any more impressed with my service, the prices and the fact that they went the extra mile to explore options. I don't know of any other experience were a human error was so forgiven and the generosity extended will keep me loyal for life. I look forward to my next experience with Tripster and will tell everyone I know about my stellar experience. THANK YOU!!!

Very crowded

Very crowded, not a large selection. We couldn’t see anything, the tanks were so dirty. Very small and absolutely not worth the price nor the time.

Already scanned ticket?

I bought two separate set of tickets. One of the barcodes was showing as already scanned. Thankfully they let it go but I would have had to pay at location. I felt swindled. Only two stars because the other set of tickets worked fine.

Great luau on the golf course

We really enjoyed the luau! Learning a little about the Hawaiian culture was exciting and fun. The food was great and the fire dance was awesome!
