TripU Tours is a teacher-owned student travel company based in Texas. We plan teacher-led school group trips for middle and high school students, and we handle the details so teachers can focus on their students. Our most popular trip is Washington DC, where students walk Capitol Hill with a licensed local guide, see the monuments and museums, and get free time in Old Town Alexandria. We also plan trips to New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Chicago, Nashville and Disney World, plus aviation and space tours. Every trip is all-inclusive, with one price locked in up front. That covers transportation, hotels, a meal allowance on every trip, a licensed local guide, and free chaperone spots (typically 1 per 10 to 15 students). Teachers get one point of contact from the first quote to the ride home, and we build each itinerary around the school's goals, calendar and budget. We help with the parts that make a trip happen: parent meetings, fundraising ideas, and fitting in extras like a meeting with your member of Congress. We recommend booking 12 to 18 months ahead. We had an incredible experience with TripU!

We had an incredible experience traveling to Washington, DC! TripU staff and school chaperones were extremely organized and attentive throughout the entire trip. It seemed like they thought of everything. Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic—so knowledgeable, engaging, and wonderful with the kids. There were so many places that we visited in such a short time including the memorials, Gettysburg, Smithsonian and my son’s favorite International Spy Museum. It was an experience I know he will remember for a long time.
