5 days in Milan

It was easy to book and had a great experience in Milan. The hotel was very nice with a good bed. Flight was on time both ways. Tripx was easy and told me what terminal to go to on the way back from Milan

Horrible experience with TripX

I am only leaving reviews after returning from a trip that was ruined by TripX.
It all started with the fact that the arrival instructions were not correct, namely a complete mismatch with the name of the host desk indicated by the company in the voucher. This led to the fact that 30 minutes were wasted searching for it. After calling the emergency number, there was such an incomprehensible explanation, which made the situation of misunderstanding even worse.
We were saved by the fact that we saw a TUI representative who told us where the most likely meeting point was and who would meet us.
This was not the end of the horror.
We were 2 tourists and by the end of the arrival we were forgotten to pick us up!!!!!.
At first we wrote a letter about the meeting place and nobody appeared there. After we appealed to the support service they otetil that the driver is 15 minutes late. And they called back in 2 minutes and said that the driver had left because no one was at the specified meeting place.
Horror! A nightmare! The representative of the company said to get on their own by cab as they have no drivers and this after we stood for an hour under the scorching sun in the heat of 30 degrees!!!!.
Please come to your senses, representatives and managers of TripX company YOU ARE WORKING WITH PEOPLE, but you act in such a bawdy manner. I HAVE ONLY PAIN AND REGRET AFTER COOPERATING WITH YOU.
I sincerely hope that you will understand what tourists write to you in the reviews.

Really easy booking

Really easy booking. Great hotel and a nice experience.
Taxi services were also kind and helpful getting us to the hotel and the airport.

Very good company for traveling

Very good company for traveling. Information was correct and I got all information I needed from them. The only thing that lets me out 4 and not 5 is because they charge a little too much for bus transit when I arrived at the airport to the hotel and back the same road a week later.

It was my first bokning with Tripx…

It was the first time i took a Journey with Tripx. I and two new friends who came from same AirPort who Aldo had boolesk Tripx and we all sad that this was so good to travlng with Tripx.
We all was so happy with everything in our journey and we are coming back to Tripx for a new journey. I recommend Tripx,
