No problems with travel agency at all. Everything was great. I have now travelled with this agency twice. Only good things to say about it.

Several times I bought TripX trips and I am satisfied. Everything went smoothly. They even have client service on the phone. I called them several times and I got good help and pronto!

It’s our first time to fly with a newborn baby, and it was great experience with Norwegian air. When you’re flying from Oslo, you can check-in extra bagage for the baby at no extra cost. But going back from Praha, you are only allowed to check-in the bagage you paid for. We paid for 1 check-in and 2 hand carry luggages. So it was a little weird that they don’t have the same rules. Other than that all was great.

The Hotel O7 in Puerto de la Cruz was rated 4 stars - but did not fulfill our expectations. Rooms and terrace close to a heavy trafficked road, and no spa - as announced. Qualifying to maximum 3 stars.
Also - the driver of the shuttle bus to the hotel was very unpolite with a couple where one of the pensioners vere disabled, - refusing to continue the transport for a while.

My second time booking a trip with tripx and I am so happy with both times. Great customer service and very easy to see order information about flight, hotel and transfer.

Really recommend to use tripx!

Packagetour including Vueling flight and hotel. No service and no help from customer-"service", who only refers you to airlines website and even gate-keeps on their behalf. Only thing TripX does for customers are bundeling a flight and a hotel, there is no service as value-add. Thus, customers should not buy from TripX; it is cheaper to book flight and hotel directly or through Hotels.com; airbnb.com etc.

Very easy to make the booking, step by step. It was quite easy to find the transfer at the airport. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Very good service and the food tasted very well. A beautyful beach and nice restaurants.
We are very satisfied with the whole trip.

Easy booking, everything went as planned from the booking side of things. Hotel was like advertised and super nice. Great for last minute deals.

Labranda Senses Resort on the Croatian Island Hvar is an absolutely beautiful lokation, and a great experience.

Everything worked very well except the communication related to a change of our return trip from the Island.

I can certainly recommend TripX.

Easy booking of flights and hotel through the website (though only 8 people can be booked at the same time)
Boardingpasses and other documentation came quickly by mail and it was easily added to Iphones Wallet. That means no flight/hotel paper documentation necessary at all during our trip.
The 4* Hotel Monte Kristo was well situated at one end of the Old city and the premium rooms had a satisfactory standard.
Everything worked smoothly for all of us and we had a very nice 4 days stay in Riga

The experience was ok, but still we missed some information, like the duration of the transfer to and from airport, it was expected to be around 1 and a half hours, but on the leaving date we had a 3 hours trip from to hotel to the airport, it was very hard with a 3 years old kid. When arriving in Crete we had to wait 1 and a half hours for the bus as there were more people coming with more flights and it was very late in the night, so again waiting for that long with a small kid was not nice. I would have liked to know that so I could have considered renting a car or finding some other transfer options.
Some other info missing was that on the returning flight we actually had 2 bags included for each person(one small one and one up to max 8kg), but when I bought the holiday it was only saying one bag, it would have been nice to know that info so we could have packed things properly and not stress or it would have been nice to have the possibility to buy priority on the returning flight so we can get the same amount of bags each way.

First time buying a trip through TripX. Great price, easy getting hotel & flight in one booking. Loved having several payment options. Had a lovely trip.

Easy ordering, helpful information and excellent communication is TripX really strong side. The information can seem a little bit light, but just enough for a "non-globetrotter". The rest you´ll find at the air company or hotell site. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, trip went smoothless.

All in all easy way to book hotel and flight in one. Would like to have some more information from the company regarding flights and luggage. The hotel in Rome also charged us an 100EUR extra, called city tax. It would be great to know this before.

Everything was well organised and planned. Everything from the flight, transfer, accommodation and specially food! We felt safe all the time. The staff was lovely and wiling to help in Filerimos Village Hotel on Rhodes. Our apartment was gorgeous with beautiful balcony and view. We will definitely come back again.

Ordering process was easy, bra order confirmation and the location was as described in the offer. Great trip.

Very good organiced from you with flight, hotel and shuttelbus. Will defenetely use Tripx another time. BUT Paula at MTS was bad help when their shuttlebus broke down. She then ordered a small car, too little for 4 people whith suitcases. After three hours her collega fixed us a bigger car.

Everything went very easy with the booking and the trip and hotel was as good as all the pictures. The price was also really nice. Thanks!!
