Our Nainital trip was Fantastic

Our Nainital trip was absolutely amazing, all thanks to Ms. Khushboo! From hotel selection to sightseeing, everything was perfectly planned and hassle-free. She understood our preferences so well and made sure every detail was taken care of. Highly professional, friendly, and always available for assistance. Couldn’t have asked for a better travel consultant. Truly made our vacation unforgettable!

Extremely Disappointed with TripzyGo

Extremely Disappointed with TripzyGo – A Trip Full of Broken Promises and Frustration

I recently returned from a family tour to Singapore and Malaysia organized by TripzyGo, and I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it helps others make a better-informed choice. Unfortunately, this trip turned out to be more stressful than enjoyable—something that could have been much better had I managed the bookings myself.

The problems started immediately after full payment was made:

Singapore – A Series of Letdowns

Constant Follow-ups for Visa: Post-payment, I had to relentlessly follow up for visa processing. To my surprise, they even demanded additional money for filling out Singapore’s immigration form, something that should’ve been included.

Airport Arrival Chaos: We were left stranded at the airport waiting for a driver, without any proactive communication.

Hotel Booking Disaster: Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no booking under our name. We were made to wait in the lobby for over an hour with repeated calls to TripzyGo before finally getting a room.

No Additional Bed: I had specifically paid for an additional bed for my son. Instead of providing it, the team argued and ignored the request.

No Vegetarian Food: I had informed the agent about our vegetarian dietary preference and requested hotel options accordingly. Despite reassurances, there was no vegetarian food available, making meals extremely difficult.

Sightseeing Mismanagement: The tickets provided were used once, but they later accused us of duplicate usage, causing another 2-hour delay at the entry point.

Driver Delays: Every day ended with long waits for private transfers, which we had paid for specifically to avoid such inconvenience. The delays were frustrating and poorly managed.

Zero Comfort-Focused Inputs: No guidance, tips, or concern was shown to make the trip smooth. Vegetarian food availability was completely ignored, and we had to fend for ourselves.

Excessive Waiting: At nearly every location, the driver arrived late. Respecting others' time is one thing; being made to wait constantly despite planning and payments is unacceptable.

Missed Attractions: Several sightseeing spots included in the itinerary were simply skipped, without notice or explanation.

Overall Singapore Experience: Completely ruined—not due to the destination, but purely due to TripzyGo’s mismanagement and lack of professionalism.

Malaysia – Slightly Better but Still Below Expectations

In Kuala Lumpur, the same issue repeated—no additional bed despite having paid for it. I ended up upgrading the room at my own expense just to ensure comfort.

Thankfully, the hotel experience improved after the upgrade, and drivers in Malaysia and Langkawi were cooperative, which provided a bit of relief.

Dealing with TripzyGo – Rude, Unprofessional, and Unaccountable

The attitude of the TripzyGo team was shockingly unprofessional. Any complaint was met with rudeness and resistance rather than concern or resolution.

Post-tour, I’ve been following up for an invoice—a basic requirement—for over a week. Despite multiple reminders, no response or action has been taken.

Not a single follow-up call to collect feedback or check on our experience, clearly because they already know the feedback will be negative.

The overall experience reflects a systemic issue—not just a few bad apples. It seems like a cultural flaw within the organization, where customer experience is the last priority.

Final Verdict: Avoid TripzyGo

If you value your time, money, and family experience, do not even consider TripzyGo. You're better off booking everything on your own. I truly believe we would’ve had a far more enjoyable and smoother trip if we had done so.

This isn’t just feedback—it’s a warning to fellow travelers: TripzyGo guarantees disappointment.

DONT BOOK

I booked our Leh Ladakh trip from 20th July to 27th July through TripzyGo. The sales representative agreed to book hotels based on our preferences and recommendations. However, once Mr. Vivek Bhadauria took over the booking process, several issues arose:

1. Initially, Vivek changed some hotel bookings, claiming they were full, and offered alternative options which we reluctantly accepted.

2. Despite providing our ID proofs three weeks prior for the inner line permit, we had to follow up multiple times with Vivek to receive the permit, which we finally obtained only on the morning of our journey to Nubra. Also he said that one of the member’s adhar card is masked and he need full number.. that means he never looked the ID cards we provided 3 weeks prior to our trip.

3. We had to repeatedly ask for the contact details of our drivers. For instance, the night before our Leh-Nubra trip, I had to chase Vivek for the driver's number, which was eventually provided late at night after many calls to different people and Vivek’s phone was switched off.

4. Each time we checked out of a hotel, they demanded payment despite our having paid TripzyGo in full a week before the trip. This caused considerable inconvenience as TripzyGo had not settled the payments with the hotels.

5. Despite paying for an oxygen cylinder for our trip to Nubra, we were asked for additional money when picking it up. Resolving this required further contact with Vivek.

6. When we decided to cancel our last day at Hanley and spend an extra day in Leh, Vivek initially mentioned a 50% refund and an additional payment for the Leh hotel. We asked him to tell us the amount difference, on that Vivek said that we have to pay 2-3 thousand extra for additional Leh hotel. For that I called him again to confirm if 2-3 thousand for whole group (3 rooms) or per person?? He confirmed me that it will be for whole group. However, closer to the date, VIVEK SIMLPY DENIED AND SAID HE NEVER SAID THAT and insisted on full payment for the Leh hotel, causing unnecessary stress and confusion.

7. Despite assurances from Vivek that everything was under control, we were left scrambling for accommodation just an hour away from Leh. We paid an additional ₹3500 for the extra night in Leh due to his mismanagement.

Overall, Vivek Bhadauria's handling of our trip was highly unprofessional and caused frustration among all group members. I strongly advise against booking through TripzyGo, especially with Vivek Bhadauria.
The only positive aspect of our trip was our excellent driver for the Leh-to-Leh leg, Mr. Namgyal, who was courteous and professional (assigned by the Leh Driver’s Union, not TripzyGo).
