Three product failures, months of delays, and a warranty denial that doesn't add up

Three product failures, months of delays, and a warranty denial that doesn't add up

I first came across Trissano on Instagram and decided to give it a try based on their videos and apparent testimonials. Here is what actually happened:

Failure 1 – Original hose (July 2025): The hose developed a hole in the plastic lining near the connection to the shower head, causing heavy leaking.

Failure 2 – Replacement hose: I ordered a second hose at my own cost, which also leaked at the same connection point — pointing to a design flaw in the connector or the hose itself.

The replacement process: Trissano offered a free replacement in July 2025 but then claimed months later in August that they never received confirmation from me to proceed — despite the offer being made in writing. The replacement was eventually shipped on 26 August 2025 via a Ukrainian courier (Nova Post), nearly 5 weeks after the original complaint.

Failure 3 – Replacement shower head (May 2026): Used only approximately once per week for hair washing. The front section of the shower head separated from the main body - water pressure pushed the assembly apart over time.

The warranty response: When I reported the third failure, Trissano declined to help, citing a 180-day warranty from the purchase date - conveniently ignoring that a significant portion of that window was consumed by their own slow response and reshipment process.

The product quality is poor, the support process is slow and evasive, and the warranty policy is applied in a way that protects the company rather than the customer. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
