This company has a decent online portal and a nice friendly, knowledgeable staff. But my account representatives are hard to reach. Even my emails will take a day or so to be responded to. Sometimes I will not get a response at all. Not really sure if this company is worth the percentage that we have to pay.

1. They don't communicate with you, they expect you to stay on their web page to find out things. Claim they are too busy to give you heads up.
2. You can't save money for the things you need taken care of in the cash reserve without them taking the money out if the broker doesn't pay/short pay, they take the money you saved without even talking to you.
3. Will talk you out of setting up the escrow accounts (I guess too much work for them)
4. Has unrealistic cut off time for same day pay, so if you are a driver owner operator and have to deliver a load in the a.m. very seldom are you able to submit the paperwork to ensure payment for the same day, but claim they have same day pay. And because they are a bank, I've had to wait 5 days to get paid behind holidays.
5. I've been transferred 3 times to different groups that are suppose to be "My Team" so I never know who I can talk to for any problems that arise. They keep changing their system but again, they are too busy to let you know.
6. When you do talk to someone, they are condescending and rude, they handle you like you just messed up their day by calling and whatever the issue, you are wrong and they are always right. It's 100% their way or no way.

So far everyone has been pleasant to speak with. However I do feel they need to give us a quicker notice on missing info or any other issues.

This is my opportunity to say thank you to the ladies and gents on the other end of the phone. The ones eager to answer my questions and help with my issues as they arise, Thanks Triumph!!

over all triumph has been very good to me. one thing i wish would get a little better is the time in funding my account. i know that they are on central time and all but it would me a lot in same day funding to be able to put my money in bank before they close. just saying but all in all the people i deal with have treated me pretty well...

Deciding to factor with Triumph has been by far the best decision I've made for my business. I get paid 1-2 days from delivery. Having that cash flow has been tremendous toward our success. No waiting, no delays. Their website is probably the easiest, most user-friendly site I've ever used. Submitting invoices is a snap, and I can do it on the road with my phone or iPad. I absolutely recommend Triumph Business Capital to any business owner! 5 stars!

All my settlements are accurate. Have used other businesses of this type. From my extensive research, and past experience this company is hands down the best.

Julie Strickland Account Manager she is what you call excellent customer service, always willing to help and is prompt to do so as well.

the reps do not accept responsibility of their errors. the reps do not work to insure payment from customers. the carrier still has to act as the collection rep. if your looking for a factor company to act as back office, triumph is not the company to do business with.

Fair commission, same day payment, you can see on DAT load board if the broker is approved, easy going reps.

The website where I submit invoices and check credit is very user friendly.
The staff is always available to help when I have needed them and I never feel left behind. They have answered every question and solved the very few issues I've had, which were usually to this being my first experience with factoring. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome set of people that work there and they understand the importance of getting funded regardless of the amount. The people that work there when you call in are real polite and understanding when in a jam. The thing i suggest is to extend the time to get paperwork in.

What's in a name. Wow! I just finished submitting bills to get paid to pay the guys that trust in us to have their setttlements accurate and on time, no matter what. And us being Trusted Carriers, we have to do just that; collect from our customers and pay our owner-operators with a goal of 100% accuracy and on time settlements. We serve our owner-operators as they are our bosses. This would not be possible without our factoring relationship with Triumph. Right now as I have gotten my email response back from from Triumph that my bills have been received, I'm feeling "Triumph"ful. Now I can get back to the load board and start the process all over again. Thanks Triumph,
