Not a good company to do business with.
This company bought out Green Planet. We were a customer of Green Planet and had very good service from them for years. Triumvirate came and picked up some hazmat last may 2025 with no issues. Called them in February to make another pick up, problem was, we couldn't make contact with them. Filled out the online form and nobody would respond. Tried to call and someone would tell us our sales rep would contact us. Nothing for two months or so. Finally was able to talk to someone in sales and they then said we had to fill out new customer forms. Then they said there was some sort of legal issue. Then i sent a text asking them to make up their mind and a week later they said they would not be able to pick up our hazmat. Nice job!! Could have said that in february....
