Nos estafaron. Hemos pagado 2 noches de hotel por 300 euros en Valencia por medio de Trivago Deals. Llame al hotel para confirmar mi reserva y no la tenían. Llame varias veces y varios días a Trivago para que solucionen el problema y después de hablar con varios operadores, no resolvieron mi problema. No, no han devuelto el dinero y no han hecho la reserva. Hemos perdido 300 euros.
We paid €300 for two nights at a hotel in Valencia through Trivago Deals. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, but they didn't have it. I called Trivago several times over several days to resolve the issue, and after speaking with several operators, they still haven't resolved my problem. They haven't refunded my money, and they haven't honored the reservation. We've been scammed.
