I had completed many exchanges through an exchange. Probably 800k of usdt I had previously exchanged.

One time I tried to send btc and ETH to the exchange in return for usdc.
50k in total.

I was told the trading usdc pair had been closed and I couldn't get the usdc at this time.

Everyday I was told its going to take a few more days to get the usdc. I asked for the btc and ETH to be paid back or to receive usdt instead.
I was told no.
Really frustrating.

I emailed Trocador and with in 30 minutes they were in contact with coincraddle. They had the btc and ETH returned to me.

I'm always going through trocador from now for the added security and I believe its the same price/ cheapest price on the market because they split the commission with the exchange providers.

I've made some exchanges through trocador and they've always gone smooth and easy.

Customer support is responsive and helpful.

I had a minor inconvenience with one of the providers in Trocador, ChangeNOW to be precise. I sent the required amount, it was confirmed and all. But, the exchange was marked "Sending" for 2 hours. Which is absurd. However, Trocador support kept me updated and they were really nice. They even gave me some information about the possible reasons of this event.

If you're ever going to swap LTC for XMR, never use ChangeNow. Use AlfaCash maybe, they at least complete the exchange in the promised time.

ChangeNow also said that this was a "one-time" technical issue, however this happened to me once more in the past. So it is total BS imo.

Overall, my experience with Trocador was excellent. I love how they care about the users. But I can never say the same about ChangeNow.

This was the very first time I have ever worked with Trocador and contacted their support on their website via telegram. I am blown away, they helped me get my money back and had a real conversation with me during the process. They cared about every word I had to say and helped me troubleshoot why my money wasn’t in my account. They told me it would take awhile as they had to contact the BCH market to resolve the issue, once it was resolved they messaged me telling me so. This may be the single best online support experience I have ever had.
