frustrated a cracked sidewalk tile is literally safer than putting your money in Tronsbase, i swear to god they stole everything. my whole life savings gone into a black hole because of these thieves. i tried to withdraw my crypto last Thursday and it just says pending pending pending, then they locked my account completely! i called and talked to Sarah from customer support and she was totally useless, just giving me the runaround and acting like it was my fault. she kept saying security check security check, but it is a total scam and fraud to keep my cash. i was crying and desperate and literally ruined. thank god i found ExpertResolutors because they are the only ones who actually do anything. ExpertResolutors got the money back! they saved me from sleeping on the street because Tronsbase is a fake platform run by criminals who just deny withdrawals to everyone. Dave from their support team is probably a fake name too, just sitting there laughing at people losing their rent money. do not trust them to infinity and beyond they are absolute garbage.

These guys are total scammers. Their website and their customer service claims to be registered in 2019, but their company and website was actually registered in 2024. Their Business Certificate is fake. They make false claims about their company, and their services, do not be fooled by these thieves.
If anyone contacts you promoting this website DO NO BELIEVE THEM. They are apart of the company trying to scam people to invest with this website. Do not invest with this website. Do not believe any of their lies. They are only trying to scam you. I invested in the basic plan for $100, and after weeks of waiting to withdraw, I requested a withdrawal and customer service claimed to have a $50 withdraw limit on their basic plan. But once I resubmitted the withdraw request and waited another 2 days, they did not allow the withdraw again. They claimed I had to "Activate a COUPON SECURITY CODE" and that it's required to validate account ownership of the account and to withdraw $50 you must pay an additional $720 (they claim the funds will go into your "Silver Plan" Forcing you to upgrade but that your funds are safe. THIS IS A SCAM) Once you have upgraded to their silver plan for $1000, and wait several more weeks, they again will not let you withdraw unless you pay ANOTHER $720 "COUPON SECURITY CODE" Their website and their company is a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not invest with their company. You will never get your money back no matter how much money you keep giving them trying to get your original deposit back.
I got scammed out of all the money I gave them testing this website. DON'T GET SCAMMED.
