The bed is superb, but the communication
The bed is superb, everything was fine except the communication. They sent the bed, I was at work of course. So they sent it back, the support first claimed it was delivered, then admited, it was sent back. So I asked them to send i on Friday so that I'm home on Saturday. Of course they sent it on Wednesday so the bed arrived on Friday, when luckily I was late for work and managed to receive it just accidentally.

Missing crucial parts
The bed came without wheels and without the fixation clip. So there is no way to store it. Customer Service replied pretty fast but the package delivered had a hole, was completely soaked and again, the fixation clip is missing. Description to attach the wheels and parts shown in the Sketch do not make sense. I am truly disappointed and would rather send it back than use it. What a mess.
