Defective, shoddy parts
The trophy columns are so jagged, they don't sit flush on the base. I tried resolving the issue, and their rep said I should just "de-burr" them!
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Ordered product, the website said that I would get a proof in 48 hours and my order delivered by April 25th. After 48 hours passed – sent an email asking about it. Got a response that said I would have it by end of day. Thought everything was fine. Then got another email from David saying the last email should have not been sent and gave some excess that I was wrong on the 48 hours. This made me somewhat unconfident and mad given that my event was approaching and I did not have time for the order to be delayed – know that I was just going off what the website said.
Sent another email stating that if the order was sent after the 25th, I would not accept it – as that would be after my event.
Received a response from David that he was going to cancel my order and issue a refund. I responded saying that everything was good from the first email until David decided that he had to add something.
This was his response to that:
“No, actually it's much simpler than that. We don't deal with Karens... Your order was ready to ship after the proof approval and would have been delivered in advance of your date. But after the multiple "Karen" emails, we decided to cancel you. The email from me was just a follow-up apology and you turned it into something else. Try not being a dick sometimes. We as a company will not sit by and let entitled customers attack and threaten our staff. Good day to you sir!”
David
Image how I felt as a customer. Glad that my order was canceled as I would have hated to see or deal with whatever nightmare they sent.
