Went through the drive thru this morning after physical therapy for a refreshing smoothie and ended up getting a super yummy salad!! Thank you Jadyn and other staff members for your help and always being super helpful when im making my decisions!!! Always great food and smoothies with a smile!!!

had a really disappointing experience working here. I was fired today for taking a break, which says a lot about how employees are treated. There was no understanding, no real conversation—just immediate termination. The environment felt unsupportive and stressful, and clearly basic human needs aren’t respected. If this is how staff is handled, I can’t imagine this place being well-run behind the scenes. Definitely would not recommend supporting a business that treats workers this way. Do not work here, when the new owner came in they were quick to hire people they know and fire the workers who have been working there before them

These people are very racist. I ask to use the restroom and they look at me like I was a bum off the street she has the nerve to say for customer use only ... And I've been supporting this company for years .just because I'm African American descendant does mean we are poor I'm very popular in this community being a celebrity photographer for over 20 years to be look at as a bum or a person that doesn't have nothing. I wouldn't shop there again.

After they got my order wrong when i specifically asked for my quesadilla with just chicken and cheese multiple times she handed it to me with everything on it. I ask to get it fixed how i wanted she “fix’s” it by putting bread and 2 pieces of chicken into it and throwing it in there!!! horrible service. Frontage road in meridian ms

I tried this place at least four times the first three times I wasn't with my husband when he ordered, the last time I was. Tropical smoothie has a great concept however the staff needs training with Serv Safe standards. There is usually two workers in store. The cashier and deli worker both flip flop between cashing and making orders. When done no one goes to wash their hands never! When the guy went to do my order I had to tell him to please wash his hands. After this I didn't trust them at all. I went another two times when my husband ordered and it was the same thing. Along with that staff with no gloves just digging in the ingredients with bare hands and putting them in the blender. Any sickness they have will be passed on to consumers as these items are ready to eat and not cooked. Franchise owners need to check into standard at Orlando, miami and west palm beach locations.

I would give this place a negative 1 star. I never been here and won’t go back. I came in ordered a smoothie and the girl refused to take my 100 bill told me it was too big. It was 1:30 pm so if a company does not have change at that time why they in business. Even if I have money on a card I won’t be back. This is the flower mound location. Do not waste your time coming to this place. 12/19/2025

If I could give a zero star review instead I would. The location in Leland NC. I walk in, and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to order but none of the workers come. No one was inside but me. And 3 workers just stood around chatting with each other. Shit service. 11/6/25 @11:30

This particular Tropical Cafe in Sachse Texas is unique. The manager of this Cafe operation along with his staff go above and beyond expectations. I have been in a "customer first" management program all my life and the way you are treated by Majic and his staff meets all the criteria of a "CUSTOMER FIRST" operation. In addition, they take quality to another level with the preparation and deliver of the ordered item. This franchise deserves a gold star for the way the operate.

I go to this Tropical Smoothie often. I love the new apple pie smoothie with the cookies on top. The staff is friendly and makes my smoothie and food fresh and quick.

Tuesday 10/14/2025 I ordered a bahama mama that is the only one I love and get every time I am a rewards member as well. so i added supplements b12 and multivitamins i couldn't even finish my smoothie it was so nasty tasted like chalk not mixed up very well and also my smoothie was watery it went in the Garbage. so, upsetting and this is the third time this has happened to me at first i really thought it was my taste buds being off or something but nope not at all. this was at the panama city beach fl parkway location they need to do better

The only reason why I’m giving it a one star review is because I can never understand the methodology of having to remember to remove sugar from an orange food. The options here should be simple add sugar if you want sugar to an orange sweet why do I have to remember to remove a 400 g cal sugar additive when it already comes sweet?. It makes no sense to me that you have to remember to remove the turbinado because it’s something that they already had making it an unhealthy option. Do yourself a favor change your message make it an additive if you want to add more sugar instead of having to remember to remove it. Dumbasses

Absolutely furious with my experience today. I ordered directly from Tropical Smoothie Café's App and they used DoorDash for delivery, and not only was my order never delivered, but it was also canceled without giving me a full refund. When I tried calling the store directly, no one even bothered to answer the phone.

I then wasted over 40 minutes on the phone with Door Dash customer service, only to have the supervisor hang up on me. In the end, I had no lunch, wasted my entire lunch hour, and no resolution whatsoever.

This is beyond unacceptable. I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie Café, but after today, I’m disgusted with how poorly this was handled. No accountability, no customer care, and I’m left hungry and out money. Do better Fort Bragg/Ardennes and DoorDash!

Ordered from Store # VA042-Victory Blvd. Portsmouth, VA. Horrible service, the cashier has zero customer service skills. The manager did not come out until I requested him to, although he was standing in earshot of the conversation. The cashier did not properly take my order, missed one smoothie, no big deal, I asked her where is my Dragonfruit Smoothie, as sunday was the last day to receive the free smoothie. I ordered a smoothie for my husband and ordered mine drink as the free one. Some kind of way my Dragon fruit order was not captured, No Problem. I will pay the difference or whatever... NO Miss Junior Rude neck and head popping did not have enough customer service experience to just say, I'm sorry. Let me make your drink, the price will be ...... No, she preferred to lose the sale and be Nasty. Another customer inside who witnessed the exchange said," That's why I order online, they will ruin your day with the attitudes."

THIS RESTAURANT OFFERS HEALTHY BUT REALLY DELICIOUS FOOD, I STARTED ORDERING FROM THEM A FEW WEEKS BACK IN MY OFFICE AND HAVE BEEN SO HAPPY WITH THEM. I USUALLY ORDER VIA GRUBHUB BUT WILL NOT BE DOING THAT AGAIN AS THE ONLY ISSUE WITH FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD HAS BEEN DUE TO THEIR POOR DELIVERY AND RUDE INCONSISTENT DRIVERS. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AT TROPICAL THIS MORNING AFTER MY GRUBHUB GUY DELIVERED ICE COLD BREAKFEST DILLA IN BAGS THAT WERE SOAKING WET FROM THE STORM, WONDER IF THEY HAVE EVER HEARD OF UMBRELLAS, LOL, BUT THE MANAGER ACTUALLY OFFERED TO DRIVE TO MY OFFICE AND REPLACE THE FOOD FOR ME WHICH I DECLINED AS I ONLY WANTED THEM TO BECOME AWARE OF WHAT GRUBHUB MAY BE DOING TO THEIR REVIEWS. TROPICAL ITSELF IS GREAT, FRIENDLY ACCOMODATING PERSONNEL AND DELICIOUS ALTERNATIVES TO BURGERS, ETC. TRY THEIR OATMILL CHIA PUDDING IT IS THE BOMB!! THANKS, RUEBAN YOU ARE A GREAT MANAGER.
