Two great therapists

Not sure I can do two reviews as one reviewer so I'm going to make this a combined one. Mathias. Mathias is how I got my children to their physio appointments. They are huge fans and I have very much enjoyed working with him - he is professional, knowledgeable, personable, patient (including with parents, guilty face), and communicates really well. It felt like we had some 'team' going on because Mathias really listens, and he works collaboratively with other professionals too. And he’s not even just a kids’ physio - I’ve seen him myself for treatment (really good) and observed him interacting with patients of various ages in the clinic. I’m sorry to say goodbye. Our children were in really good hands. One of them doesn’t want physio with anyone but Mathias, which will be tricky, since we are leaving the country….

And now Charlotte. Ah, Charlotte. (Getting a bit emotional here!)
Professional, personable, kind, patient (I think I hold the record for forgetting to bring a towel), encouraging, knows just where the work needs to be done, has a great memory for where we are at treatment-wise (even with large gaps between visits), and a truly all-round wonderful person. I will miss her. You can’t go wrong with Charlotte. The commute to Australia is just a little too far or I would be keeping my weekly time slot. If you are lucky enough to score one of Charlotte’s rare appointments, you won’t regret it.

(A really big thank you to both wonderful therapists!!)
