Fast and good services.... And the quality of their products is amazing.

I buy 3 heaters , 2 of then are not working . I contacted customer service severals times by email, mo answer. I call several times and no one answer the call. Seems to be some spam. I would like to get a refund for the heater I bought. I haven't get any return form in the box and also can't do it online.Bad company. Don't but anything from this company!

I paid 60 euros extra for delivery and they guy left the heavy air conditioner downstairs and left!!
Sent an email to them and the guy told me to ask my neighbors to help me! Thank you customer service! How about you pay me back my 60 Euros so I can pay that to my neighbor for helping me?
When I finally managed to bring it up, I realized all the styrofoams were already broken and the bottom of the box was torn off and only attached by a packaging band. So I assume the product must be damaged already. I will update my review after using the product. What a waste of money.

I bought a very expensive air cooler. It broke down immediately after 2 hours of use. It took over 2 weeks to deliver it so they said that I can't cancel the order because 14 days limit has passed. They promised to take it back and give me a new one. It took 6 weeks. The problem is that the new one is broken too. I suspect it is my old one but I can't prove it. Their customer service person was swearing and he was very rude overall. They promised finally to take it back. Another 4 weeks later I got a new one (which is still probably the first broken one) and it didn't work!
Then they said they won't take it back again and I won't get my money back. They blamed me and said that I destroy the machine in purpose. At the same time I found that many other people have had same problems, their products are very bad. It is a huge scam, be careful! Their products are made in China and the quality is very bad! Their customer service is terrible.

No problems whatsoever to get the exact information I was looking for. Very helpful and friendly customerservice...I was wondering why there was such commotion about the service and simply asked them...times have improved and the company has more opportunity now to handle the overload of demand for their products...They are a good and reliable company, honest people, and even when times have been less fortunate for this company, I trust they will stick to the ethics that always were part of their customer service.

These people are scammers. I returned an air conditioning which was defect by delivery, and they refuse to pay me back. Scandalous!

I bought my mobile airco from them directly instead of via other webshops despite the less-than-encouragous 1 year old ratings given here. Turns out they are quite ok now, better than mediamarkt delivery which keeps failing. I order my airco last Wednesday, order processing takes 2 days, on Friday they confirmed sending and by Tuesday I received the airco. Everything works OK. So take into account you will get your delivery in 1 week if they have stock. Don't expect overnight service with this store and you'll be fine.
If they want a five star feedback they have to improve on Order to Delivery time.

Paid upfront for two air coolers and no delivery!!! No contact with company via telephone or emails. I have been waiting for 8 days now and still no contact with the company.

DO NOT BUY from this company because you will not receive the goods you have ordered. Next step for me will be my legal team to retrieve our money. Watch out, do not believe orders will be sent when you have paid because they won't. The German office, The English office and the Dutch office. They will take your money.
