I owned a Corby trouserpress for 20 years. When it broke,I bought a Corby 4400. It failed after 2 years and was replaced. I assumed this was an unfortunate experience. Not so, the replacement also failed within 2 years. Corby's response is that this was outside the original 3 year warranty, so - basicslly -tough!
2 presses,both ceased to function within 2 years.
Not a good advert for the reliability of the product.
Ordered a new set of feet for my Corby trouser press. Arrived quickly but they sent 2 of the same. There is a A and B feet for different sides, they sent me two A's. I have requested via email they resend B one, no response even though I have sent 3 over 2 weeks. Poor customer service. And poor warehouse packing.
