The customer service was excellent, and the whole experience turned out to be wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Overall, I had a great experience. I ordered my wedding rings in the same month as my wedding and, for some reason, assumed they would arrive within just a few days. After calling customer service, I found out that the delivery time could be up to around three weeks. That was completely my mistake for not checking beforehand, so I asked if there was any possibility of speeding up the order since my wedding was only a week away.
A few days later, the rings were shipped, and I was so relieved. They are absolutely perfect — exactly how I had imagined them. The customer service was excellent, and the whole experience turned out to be wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone.
