While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Trovari is an online marketplace for secondhand, vintage, and handmade goods, built for independent sellers who want a real storefront without building one themselves. Buyers can order from anywhere we're able to ship, and sellers can join from 42 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Every seller is identity-verified through Stripe before they can list anything. That means a legal name, date of birth, and bank account tied to a verified individual or business. There are no anonymous accounts. Listings are reviewed before they go live, and items above $60, along with all electronics, require a short verification video showing the actual product in the seller's hands. Our fees are published in full on our site. Sellers pay a 5% commission on the product price only, never on shipping. Buyers pay a 3% service fee at checkout. Standard Stripe payment processing applies on top, and we show sellers exactly what they keep before they list. There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or subscriptions. We're currently running a Founding Seller program: the first 50 sellers to join are locked at a 2% commission permanently, not as an introductory rate that expires. Those spots are still open. Payouts go directly to the seller's own Stripe account. Prices are shown in USD and Stripe converts to the seller's local currency on payout. Shipping labels are generated at discounted commercial rates, and sellers choose whether the buyer, the seller, or both cover the cost. Trovari is a young platform and we're building it in public. If something doesn't work the way we've described it here, we want to hear about it: founder@trovari.store.
