We first went for a site visit last year and was shown round by Terry, we then went away reserved the perfect plot for us and chose our finishes with the help from Julie and Zaid.

We have now been in our house 3 weeks and can't fault any part of the process or the house! Thank you to Will and the site team for being so accommodating and particular thanks to Terry for going above and beyond and helping us with any questions and helping our young daughter feel a part of the process!

As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know what to expect or what I was meant to do, which made the experience exciting but also quite stressful at times.

From the moment Rachel at the Stansted Mountfitchet site took over, everything changed.
Rachel immediately understood that I needed time, clear answers, and genuine support, and she was absolutely extraordinary throughout the entire journey.

Her kindness, patience, and reassurance were truly admirable. Nothing was ever too much trouble — it was always a “yes”, or “I’ll find out for you”and you could genuinely feel that the customer came first for her.
She knew exactly how to guide us through each stage, helping turn what could have been overwhelming into a positive and memorable experience.
Her positive attitude, welcoming tone, and regular updates gave us confidence and peace of mind, and it’s something we will always remember.

We would also like to say a special thank you to Jo who is also on site. His smile every day helped start my days in a good mood, and he has been outstanding since we moved in. His presence and updates have made a real difference.

As a first-time buyer, I really didn’t know what to expect when buying my first home, but my experience with Troy Homes has been amazing from start to finish. Rachel, the sales advisor, was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process, and she really took the time to help me find the perfect home.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting instead. I’m so happy with my new house and the excellent service I’ve received so far.

I also want to mention Joe onsite, who has been incredibly helpful. He has gone out of his way to make sure I’m comfortable and have everything I need, which has made settling into my new home even easier.

I moved into my new dream home three weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Of course, with a new build there are always a few snagging issues, but the team on site, Terry and Will have been fantastic. Terry in particular has gone above and beyond; nothing is ever too much trouble, and any issues are dealt with immediately.
Every site needs a Terry, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him! 5 star service.

We have just moved into our fabulous new home and the whole experience from the start has been brilliant! The site representative for our Troy Homes development is Rachel Ostrowska and she has been such a wonderful lady to deal with. She always had time for us, even when we dropped by without appointments during our initial days of searching for a new home to move to. She could quite easily have thought we were time wasters, but nothing was too much trouble and she is certainly one of the reasons that we purchased this property, due to her professionalism throughout. They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things to undertake, but Rachel made the process very comfortable and we were kept informed every step of the way. This is a long review but I want people to know what a genuine, lovely Sales Rep Rachel Ostrowska is.
Just by chance we popped in to the Troy Homes development in Little Dunmow back in June 2025 and decided to take a look as show home was open. This is when we first met Rachel who was from the very beginning a non-pushy, very pleasant and extremely informative lady to deal with. Little did we know then what a pleasure she was going to be throughout this whole process and beyond.
She is an absolute Ambassador for Troy Homes.
We moved in this week with no issues throughout the process and was so so pleased with everything. After our first night we woke up to find our cat was missing. Panic set in walking up and down the road, through fields etc looking for him. Rachel rang that morning to see how our first night was and to give us some info. I told her how concerned we were about the cat and sent her some pics of him... Bless her, she went straight into superhero mode and after a couple of hours Rachel appeared at the door with our cat in her arms.....She had spotted him in the garden next door to the house she was doing a viewing for at the time. She ran round to neighbours and picked him up and bought him back. Thank you so much Rachel we were dreading what may have happened to him. Already I feel part of the friendly neighbourhood which I am sure is something she has actually created over her time on this site really getting to know all the people that have moved in.
Well I could not have wished for a better person to deal with. Your a star & a 10 out of 10 for us Rachel.

We had a fabulous experience with Troy Homes and that has continued to be the case since we moved in on 2nd September 2025.
Rachel, our site manager has been so helpful, not only with the process generally, but also with all the details that make what is a stressful experience, a real pleasure. She has been a font of knowledge about everything to do with the property, and the local area which is great for us as we are new to this county.
We have found the quality of the build and the workmanship very high, and any small snagging issues have been sorted promptly and without question by Richard and his team.
We have recommended Troy Homes to a couple of our friends which is probably the best accolade we can give them!

Rachel was great! Very informative, understanding and patient. Especially when my husband was taken very ill in hospital. Understood and catered for our needs all the way. The quality of Troy homes is outstanding. There have been a few minor snagging issues but they’re responsive and committed to getting them sorted. From being scared of new builds were totally converted and have had a great experience so far.

We stumbled across Troy Homes at what was to be the end of our long and arduous 3 month search for our new home.

Rachel O was just the best. We explained our situation to her when booking our initial appointment on the telephone and she said that she knew which of Troy’s sites was exactly what we were looking for and that we could meet her there the next morning.

As we drove into the site the next morning we knew that she was right - it was perfect for us. In fact, we took hours going between the houses trying to choose which house we wanted because we knew that we wanted to secure one on that site that day!

The design and workmanship of the houses was superb and everything was finished to a high standard. The friendliness and efficiency of the tradespeople on site was great and highlighted the care and attention that was being taken by Troy Homes in building beautiful new homes for people.

Nothing was too much trouble for Rachel, we had lots of questions and on the rare occasion that she couldn’t answer one herself, she found out the answer in a timely manner. She guided and supported us from the start of the reservation process until we moved into our new home and we are so thankful to her! Her professionalism was second to none as is that of Richard B who has been overseeing any minor property snags, (which always come with buying a new build property) since moving in to our home.
