Yes, I can definitely vouch for this! 🙌 I recently ordered a TRTL bundle with one Original and one Plus for our upcoming Europe trip. I’ve tested them at home before travelling, and I’m genuinely impressed with the support.

The Original works perfectly for me and gives my neck really good support. The Plus wasn’t quite the right fit for me personally, so I contacted TRTL about exchanging it. Their customer service was absolutely excellent — 10/10! The exchange process was easy, straightforward and hassle-free, which made such a difference. It’s always nice when a company actually stands behind its product and makes things easy for the customer.

One thing I would definitely point out is that there is a technique to wearing the TRTL pillow properly. When I first tried it, I had to play around with the positioning a little. You need to align the support properly against your neck and make sure you’ve found a comfortable position before you wrap and secure it. If it’s sitting in the wrong spot, you might think it doesn’t work or isn’t supportive enough.

My advice is to give it a few goes and move it around slightly until you find your sweet spot. Once I figured out exactly where it needed to sit on my neck, I could immediately feel the difference. It definitely works — you just need to get the hang of the positioning.

Sadly not what I expected. The neck support isn’t comfortable and can’t see how it could be supportive during a long journey. I feel quite disappointed having bought two of these!

I reached out to inquire about the warranty on my VERY OLD purchase of a Trtl neck pillow which I actually liked as a product. I clearly specified the purchase was a VERY LONG TIME ago. The agent was quick to respond at least; however, she had me find a ton of information including the original order number, my address, order date etc. After all that research, I was informed that the warranty period (which is not listed in their FAQ's or at least not obviously so) was 2 years. She could have saved me a lot of wasted time by saying that in the first email.

I had to contact trtl with a question regarding my travel wrap. They responded so quickly, and I found them eager to make certain that I was a happy customer. I am very pleased to discover this company that does care about their customers .

Fabulous customer service. I made an error with my order. Ceejay and the Trtl team were understanding, polite and responsive to my concerns, and a replacement pillow was delivered in time for my upcoming trip.

This neck support has been the best I have ever used. For the first time I was finally able to sleep on a plane without neck pain. The other nice thing is that it is easy to pack, takes little space and is very lightweight.

Wow! I am grateful the way you handle my issue. Happen to be my package was delivered on time but some how I did not get it. Got lost. So, I inform them and tried to help me go through your neighbour asking them if anybody took my package, well no luck. After 24hrs I sent another email still missing. Then they asked me a proof and I provide them with everything they had asked me. All is well now, my replacement order is on the way. I can't ask more than this. I am very satisfied customer.

From the first point of contact with Trtl through the return, I received the most exceptional customer service I've ever experienced. While the particular item I ordered didn't work for me, Trtl did EXACTLY as they promised- paid for the return and made it a breeze. Then, they thanked me for taking the time to try it. TRULY exceptional.

Fantastic for long haul travel. I initially thought they looked uncomfortable with the advertisement and heads to the side but OMG! For one that can not sleep on flights no matter what. Wonderful. Its even good just sitting at home, my back n kneck suffer after a bad fall and it's heaven. Well worth it. So comfy and does exactly what it says. Not all airlines are equipped with the adjustable head rests which are not on par with Trtl. One airline now has upgraded headrests for sleeping but still Trtl wins outright. Give it a go. You can always return if it's not "doing it for you". You won't be dissapointed.

I saw the Trtl scarf and was a little curious as I find the normal travel pillows very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the standard pillow was not comfortable and so I asked for a return. The customer service team got in touch to offer me alternatives in a non pushy way or simply return for a refund. As I am petite I decided to give the junior scarf a go and hopefully it will be comfortable and help me sleep on my next trip.
But it was the friendly and transparent communication from the customer team that made me feel very positive about the company, which is rare nowadays!
