No after sales service and they treat you like an idiot for asking questions.

Owner is abnoxious and rude.

No return phone calls. They say they will do hand over and help with app. Nothing but an email.

They don't come back when they say they will.

And when it faults they blame you and all your devices in the home, even though everything has been working for years.

They advised me to get more batteries, then when it was all installed, they told me i don't have enough panels for the batteries. Would have been nice to know beforehand so i could budget and make an informed decision.

Be careful. Use them at own risk

My interaction with the owner of this solar business was not positive. He was abrupt, impatient, and unwilling to listen, which made me uncomfortable proceeding with the service. I value respectful communication, especially when making a major investment, and I didn’t feel that was offered here. I hope the company takes this feedback on board and improves their customer approach.
