As of right now, I'm still having trouble figuring out ITS dispatch but, i'm super familiar with the loadboard and rate insights, etc. I really like the software so far. It's proving to be pretty easy! :)

When you try to cancel they will keep charging your credit card
Load board was great but when you try to cancel they continue to charge you. Then the tell you that you did not call and cancel. DAT does not not do that they are great to work with.
Update: They did not refund us and we were charged for another month after cancelling it before the due date. This has been a horrible company to work with! I would give a NO star if it would let me!

I’m a broker and have been an asset dispatcher. I’ve been calling posted trucks and some dispatchers report that they didn’t post a truck. Is it possible that peoples searches are appearing as posted trucks?
