A 'No Win, No Fee' agreement, otherwise known as a ‘conditional fee’ agreement, is an arrangement between you (the client) and your solicitor when making a legal claim. Simply put it means that should your claim be unsuccessful, you will not be liable to pay the fees for your solicitor’s services (as long as you have co-operated and followed their advice). Dawn is fab
Dawn is fab! We had dawn for our house buying process and as first time buyers she couldn’t have been any better we was so nervous as you hear horror stories about getting in contact with your solicitors during the house buying process but Dawn was amazing couldn’t have asked for better services and have recommended her to everyone I know who is starting their house buying process now.
