Stated “delivered” on Dec 19th 2024 with no proof of delivery. Have no idea where it was “delivered” to as it wasn’t to me. Unable to get a response from this company after 3 weeks of me sending at least 3 emails (it’s now Jan 2nd). Customer service non existent but they were able to send a generic reply to my comment on one of their Facebook posts instead of reply to my emails. Have now started a “transaction dispute” with my bank since they continue to ignore all emails. Just want my money back. DO NOT use this company! I was actually looking forward to using this product but will now buy from a UK-based company so I can receive proper tracking information and actually get a chance to use it.

I reached out to the support team with a couple of questions, and they were so helpful. They responded quickly and made sure I was comfortable with using the device. I appreciate the attention to detail.

Total scam website and products. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is. Ordered thinking it was a true website and when I received it, as many other reviewers say, there’s a giant true beauty sticker slapped on the front of the box. Do not purchase from this scam website!

Product not received after saying it had been delivered, please don’t waste your money. 😝

SCAM! Stay away from this company. They sell cheap Chinese products and put their name on the box. As soon as I received mine I knew it was a scam. Cheap quality. I used it once and stopped because I was afraid it would explode. Tried to get a refund and my emails were never answered. This is a Chinese scam. Also I realized that what they sell it’s literally the same product you can find in SHEIN for $6 (same box, product and everything).

TLDR: Suggest NOT buying. Pretty much a Ch*nese scam.

I'm giving this a two only because I did receive half my order. The rest, valued at $50, I assume, is vapor. I emailed them several times without a CS response, saying that the remaining portion of my order is almost a month late and that the label is sitting in NJ. Based on all these and IG reviews, I assume I'll never see the product or my $50 back.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. This company have delivered a faulty product which is not as advertised. The box is a standard imitation product from china with a label just stuck on the top with their pixelated logo. The item I have received is making a buzzing sound from the battery - honestly terrified that it's going to explode. I have sent them numerous emails and video evidence as requested and they are now ignoring all my attempts to return the item. I have asked them 6 times to provide a return address for me to return the item and for them to issue a refund. I have disputed this with Shopify who have been unhelpful, so now I am raising a chargeback via my credit card company. If you want my advice, DO NOT use this company, they are scamming people.

This company are a scam if company that take your money and then do not deliver.

They responded to my first email saying item delivered. No photo, no signature or anything. I have sent a further email every day since asking for a refund and they have ignored them all. Disgusting!

Absolute joke of a product! Do not order from this company. Long delivery, extremely cheap product and I had to fight for a refund but I did get it and was told to keep the product. Just proves how cheap and awful it is

I ordered on November 29, 2024 and still have not received the product. The order stated 5-7 business days for delivery so I think I have given them plenty of time. I have sent multiple emails with absolutely no resolution. Save your money.....don't spend it here!

Ordered two, one was not working properly. Contacted them and after much delay in responses, they asked for a video evidence. Sent the video and after 5 emails, still no responses. Avoid.

Very happy with this product, it took 3 weeks to arrive but they said it would be a slight delay due to the Black Friday sale. It had a tracker so I could see when it left the country and arrived in my country no issue at all. I read another review where the lady said it was charging for 12 hours and nothing. However you have to unplug it and turn it on and it works, but it shows a light indicating it’s on charging mode if you don’t unplug it. I got confused by this at first also. I’m excited to use it and it is very relaxing. It wasn’t expensive so I didn’t have huge hopes but so far so good.

I ordered through an instagram add for Black Friday sale - however unsure how honest the sale was, it definitely isn’t worth any more than I paid (around £40) … I would say it’s worth around £25
My order confirmation said I would get an email confirming the order and would receive in about 10 days …2 weeks later still no email and no device received.
Starting to feel like I might have been scammed, I emailed the company with my order number reference - which I only had because I screenshotted the initial web page when I made the order.
The next day I received the product.

It is a cheap box, and no information about the different light settings and what they do, which makes me think it could be purely a gimmick as if they had proof of the lights making visible improvements to skin this would be marketed and communicated to the customer.

On first use I do enjoy using the device, feel like im treating my skin, and after a couple days I think my skin looks a little tighter and more clear - but this could be placebo as I have okay skin anyway which is better some days without using devices.

The one thing that concerns me is you are advised to only clean the device with tissue - no water … but over time I can see this gathering face oils and dirt in the middle rivets where the light bar is - which could start causing spots? I’ll think about ways I can disinfect the device without water or moisture.

Overall 3 stars, communication was poor, tracking was poor, device instructions were poor, but the device is what I expected … if I wanted more there are more expensive products out there that I could have bought - you get what you pay for.

Beware! My experience so far has been ordering it two weeks ago with a commitment they gave of receipt in 5 - 9 days. The current tracking on my order ends on December 9th and has not been updated since. Almost 5 days ago. I have tried twice to contact them at their customer service email and have not received a reply. I found their customer service phone number and called and after a long wait, a recording comes on that says contact them through the CS email. I'm wondering if my money is gone and I will never receive the product because no one is contacting me to help. I needed this gift to give before Christmas. Think about it, I wish I did.

This is NOT a quality product. The box merely has a sticker on it to label it as TrueBeautyGlow. It’s very lightweight and cheap feeling. When trying to charge it, it doesn’t work (it’s been “charging” for over 12 hours) and the plug doesn’t really fit into the charging dock of the device. I have emailed customer service and was reading details of refund policy and have found out they will not refund as it was “on sale”. 🙄 I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company. ** update: I STILL have not heard a response back from customer service as the device has never, ever charged or turned on. Their refund policy is predatory. DO NOT BUY

I placed my order 23rd November and have not received it. No updates on delivery from the seller. I do not recommend this site. I wish I'd never ordered from them.
