Don't use true car
Don't use true car. They will give you a written offer that is supposed to be a real offer. When you get to the dealership they will charge you 9,000 over the true car price. And true car will tell you the dealership can charge whatever they want. There written offer that is supposed to be good for 14 days is just a useless lie to get you in the door.

Twice used for car & pickup purchase satisfied
The dealers almost always reach out to me even if they do not have the car i am looking for. I have used TrueCar for 2 searches and purchased from dealers who responded from TrueCar.
There was a challenge on my search for my 2017 Ridgeline when Jenkins
Honda (Florida) did not want to honor the TrueCar price and started adding on additional fees. We resolved the situation before I walked away. It was very frustrating and time consuming to say the least.

Not just "honor our heroes" guff
Not just "honor our heroes" guff. Through partnerships the military veterans incentive is a great little bonus that keeps my car shopping strictly to TrueCar. That alongside no haggle low pricing with dealerships and you've got yourself a winning formula. I actually found my last vehicle 6 years ago on TrueCar!

Bait and switch was the name of the game.. Most cars that I received a quote on
Most cars that I received a quote on, were conveniently just sold upon arrival to dealerships. A very stressful ordeal. When you drive over an hour to see a car that you're told is available and upon arrival you find out that the "manager" didn't update the inventory. Yeah Right !!!
