I have shipped two cars through Truecarries and the experience has been very positive both times. Not only are their prices considerably more reasonable than other shipping companies I have used, they are also great with communication and walk you through every step of the way. Max A. has been my go-to anytime I need anything shipped and he always makes sure that things get moved quickly and within budget. Shipping vehicles can be a stressful process, but with Truecarrier it just becomes a lot easier.

I was a little confused with the initial phone call on how everything worked, but called back later and was helped by a gentleman who told me his name was Wayne, he made everything perfectly clear, thank you for your patience and level of professionalism.

We needed to ship our daughter’s car to Potsdam NY from Florida. Truecarriers and David gave us a reasonable price and hooked us up with a carrier out of Miami area. The carrier showed up when he said he would, was very polite, and delivered the car 3 days later to Potsdam (basically south Montreal.)
I would have given Truecarriers 5 stars but they raised the price by 30% between the time they quoted me and when they actually found me a carrier.

Very easy process . Price did change slightly from original quote but I understand the person that actually picks up the vehicle has to evaluate also and the truck was lifted etc. Everyone was helpful including Ash . The driver that dropped in off was great and even gave us some great places to go in the new area we moved to

Where to begin. Was stuck waiting 2 weeks for another carrier to deliver my truck. Went out on my own and contact Truecarriers. Spoke with Ash. Got my truck delivered 3 days later for 300 cheaper then the other company.

I am completely satisfied with the carrier he was an awesome guy will definitely be using them again

Was promised a quote for a certain price for a delivery but had the price raised closer to the pick up date. The agent was sometimes responsive but required me to reach out to get updates on the process. Likely will not ship with this service again since the price was raised.

Hauler delivered on time the day requested and was a seamless online transaction.

Alex was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment to have my vehicle transported. The contractors that delivered my vehicle were extremely professional. The cost did exceed the initial quote but still far cheaper then other competitors.
