True Eagle Capital aka Rapid Business Capital utilizes spam text marketing as well as soliciting numbers that are registered on the National DNC. After more than two dozen telemarketing solicitations and asking to be removed from their marketing database numerous times I'm filing a Class Action lawsuit in Kansas District Court. Stella Horn, Al Marcus and their employees are responsible for thousands of unsolicited telemarketing violations.

I recently received a business loan from True Eagle Capital and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The application process was quick and easy, and the loan was funded within a day of applying. The interest rate was competitive and the repayment terms were fair.

The sales reps was also excellent (I highly recommend working with Matt) They were responsive, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns I had.

The quickest response to my email inquiries when looking for an SBA loan online. Finding a loan was an uncomfortable experience and I was hoping to speak to someone in person, though my bank was not helpful, to say the least. True Eagle had no problem meeting me, though I was overwhelmed with work and too busy to leave my office. To my surprise, they offered to come to me at my office instead. Please note that I could have sent in the application and paperwork online, though, as previously mentioned, I was looking for someone nearby who could help me through it face to face. My office is in Brooklyn, and Tre Eagle is based in NYC, so this made things easier.
The rep stopped by in the afternoon and helped me prepare the application and loan docs himself. He was polite and an overall down-to-earth person. Most importantly for me (due to anxiety), he did not give off an awkward/pushy salesman vibe. I was comfortable working with him, especially since he explained the process transparently and helped me understand the rate shopping strategy they used.
The entire encounter took about an hour in and out, and I was approved pretty quickly. By the time I checked my inbox the next morning at around 9:30 am, I found the funds had already been deposited in my account.

Highly recommend working with them. Reasonable and genuinely helpful people who understand what running a business is actually like IRL, and aren't above getting their hands dirty and helping out on the ground level.
