I had a 400 pages book to be proofread and reformatted. I payed more than 3k POUNDS wich is undoubtedly a lot of money. They indeed worked on the plagiarism check, on grammar and syntax, however, no consideration was put in the professional formatting. This aspect was really poor, basically I played for it and never got it at all. So their services are good in a way but do not expect professional book formatting.

I had a paper that had to be edited to a difficult format done in a hurry to meet a deadline. Though they did not quite meet the 48 hr mark, they did come through in time. I had to make further edits to the final cut and once again they responded quickly making further modifications in time for me to meet my deadline. Also, their prices are very competitive

This company is a SCAM! hey destroyed my dissertation by putting it through some translation service and it came back with over 75 pages with improper English. They had someone who is not a native speaker or not fluent edit my paper and misspelled thousands of words, changed my correct sentences to random words that were not correct English. They also changed direct quotes and statistical information. They refused to refund my money and the university denied their edits. It was $680 and they completely ignored my concerns and said they don’t give refunds. They even admitted to the mistakes in email and then refused to refund my money. Do NOT use this company

I was looking for editing services for my book and I found Trueeditors on google. After chatting on there support I found these Company is FRAUD.
I was finding Company Director Sally Jones (Authorized Signed Person) but could not able to find it to report this incident.

1.First i started conversation with Rachel and asked about NDA. NDA which they sent without Country , License Number and signed with Sally JONES which they said it is digitally signed.

2.I asked about Editors's Profile They shared Jason Kline (Ph.D., Cardiff University).He is Medical Science Student . It is very hard to digest he is working in there organization as Editor.

3.MR. Sean Cooper (one of chat representative) told me he open companies every day and he has 100's companies (TrueEditors, WriteSmartly , Zoopero.PTE etc...) and he were talking like he is owner of 100's companies (Poor GUY). I think this Company (Companies) belongs to Google, Facebook or any other big Organizations

4.They were keep asking payment and send invoice very quickly but when i asked about NDA changes and Editor's Emails id they said can not share as they have company policies after payment only they can share ( Very Strange , In which Company NDA signed after payment ? )

5.I cross checked reviews on Trustpilot and noticed all are english name (not indian names) and location of all client is INDIA Who posted Good Reviews. How it is possible ? Trust Pilot should check this.
Seems all Bad reviews are real and other reviews seems like Fake. (It is my Observations)

I wasted 3 hrs and today morning i got email for review so posting my honest reviews on TrustPilot. Before placing order think 4-5 times.
Funniest thing they have 100 companies so they can run away anytime and they do have license agreement.

At the End I want to give 0 Star but I will give 1 star for Mr. Sean Cooper who saved almost € 2500.
