If there is one review you read, read this one. The 5 star reviews below are fake because their system does not run. I wish I would’ve stuck to my gut when I read the first one star review AND questioned it and of course received fluff excuses from the owners. We set up calls in July, were told everything about the system. We thought we did our due diligence but ended up missing key red flags! So please please please Google them!!
Anyways, we signed on, paid them and were told we would be up and running in 10 days. 10 days come and go, I understand delays so we waited it out. 30 days come and go and now we question everything. People from the company were being let go (our main contacts) the owner never replied, we had no communication. Requested a refund at the 60 day mark because NOTHING was working. I even put myself in as a patient, paid, and nothing happened… a refund is in our contract with a “cure period”. Great owner acknowledges that, we give them their cure period. That date came and went and still nothing. We ended being blocked from Slack communications, from our log in for the entire system, literally everything. We have no communication with anyone from the company. I waited to write this review in hopes they would come to their senses, and send us our refund but we over 30 past refund request and have zero communication. Again we signed a contract where we could get a refund and the owner acknowledged that. The CEO and COO are withholding our money that is rightfully ours. The CEO is a healthcare professional and as a healthcare professional myself, I could never treat anyone they way they have treated us. Please read and please run.

BEWARE… On July 15, 2026, my company, AgeEdit LLC, signed a Master Partner Agreement with TrueEval Medical Group PLLC and TrueEval Management Services LLC (contact: Jeffrey Smith, Director of Operations) for telehealth platform services. We wired a $3,000 onboarding fee.
TrueEval did not deliver the contracted services: EHR configuration, pharmacy integrations, an active provider network, and a CRM sub-account. Under the contract's negotiated terms, we gave them a 15-business-day cure period, which expired October 2, 2026 with nothing delivered. The contract requires a full refund in that case. Mr. Smith agreed to refund the $3,000 but has not paid, and he has stopped responding.
The North Carolina Secretary of State lists TrueEval Medical Group PLLC's status as "PA Suspended" (suspended by its licensing board). It has no record of TrueEval Management Services LLC, the entity we were told to pay. We have filed a small claims action in Wake County, NC (Case 26CV038185-910).

They are just scammers. Jeffrey will take your money and that's it. They won't deliver, their product is not finished. Do not fall for it.

Wow True Eval really provided a way up for our wellness center. We had hyperbaric chamber, massive herb production business, chiropractic and live blood analysis. Now we have over 70 modalities instead of just four! We made a huge leap.

I came to TrueEval from the MSO side, evaluating telehealth partners. I'd sat through demos with a few others by that point, and most of them blurred together; everyone's slide deck says the same things. But when I met with TrueEval, I could tell they really cared about the MSO experience and the patient experience.

What actually stood out showed up later, once we were using it. We had a solid dev team, so I wasn't worried about the technical side, but I did expect some growing pains and training sessions to get everything to work. Never had to. My team opened it, worked out the connection flow, and were handling day-to-day operations without much hand-holding from me.

Support stayed responsive too. Questions got answered the same day instead of sitting in a ticket queue, which isn't what I'd come to expect from vendors this size.

Overall, very happy with the choice.

Signed up and was very communative and responsive. Couldn't deliver and he does not return phone calls, emails, or texts. I was supposed to be operational for a national campaign before the end of 2025 and it is now May 2026. The last message I recieved was March 25th and before that the last communication was February 26th. He was paid November 10, 2025.
