Hello dear True Fit team, I ordered something from you a week ago. Unfortunately, the item that arrived was one size too small and the fabric was made entirely of polyester, even though the description said it was cotton. I am very disappointed, as you work with Shopify and I would have liked to file a complaint. I tried via PayPal and contacted your customer service via WhatsApp and email, but unfortunately nothing came of it. I find this very unfortunate, as my penis is too big for the tight. After i ordered a week later they changed their company name to the one they currently have. It was previously called ‘unitsix’ ive also sent multiple emails to these SCAMMERS and i still haven’t gotten anything back. Please dont buy from these scammers.
