We have ordered 2 custom concrete benches, and just placed an order for the Zen dining table. We love the quality and contemporary style of the Truform products. Their customer service and associated attention to detail is also excellent. The price is not cheap, but you wind up with a piece of furniture that will out last you and your kids!

Concrete is beautiful but the shipping took so much than was promised. Kept delaying and delaying

We had a large restaurant install and needed the Trueform concrete sinks for the restrooms. This was the first time we had ordered any product from Trueform and we were a little leery at first on how the whole process worked. The staff there was extremely up to date and helpful in keeping us posted on every step from warehouse timeframe to delivery. They turned out beautiful and we had absolutely no issues with install. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience, we'll be back!!

I ordered samples and think the product is beautiful. The product I give 5 stars, but I feel the website lets you down, in that it does not properly capture the beauty of the product. The natural Grey is particularly confusing on both the website and the packaging of the sample I received.

I plan on ordering from you when my project gets to that stage. I will likely go with the Natural Grey Concrete. Had I not ordered samples of each I would not have known the natural grey is in fact natural grey based on the color presented on the website (and on the sample label). It actually still has me somewhat confused, so you will receive a call from me to confirm I am ordering the correct product.

I am very happy with the finished product. It is beautiful and durable and looks great.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I was told the process was 3-4 weeks but then it was extended to 5 weeks after I had already put down a deposit. Also, a piece of the countertop broke during delivery. They were able to repair it onsite, which was awesome, because it would have taken another 2 weeks to get a replacement.

So basically - product is great, but it takes quite a bit longer than another type of custom countertop.

Customer service is timely and professional. The sink is exactly what I dreamed of for my master bathroom. Great workmanship.

Loved our concrete fireplace surround. We did a modern four-sided fireplace surround and it installed beautifully with no complications. Thanks!
