I am so happy with the harness I just received from true harness! The size chart really matches up with the dog and harness! Quality is awesome and the ease of putting on and taking this off my dog is GREAT! Love the velcro name plate- makes it easy to to display your pets name and number if he or she gets lost. Came quickly in the mail with out any issue. I will highly recommend this product to other dog owners.

My husband and I recently rescued a 6 year old, 18 lb. dog. We were walking him on a lease with a neck collar. He would pull very hard against the collar and put a strain on his neck. We brought several dog harness' but none of them worked for us. When we saw the ad for Trueharness, we decided to try their harness. When we received the Trueharness we were pleased with the quality. It fits our dog perfectly, no binding on the neck or shoulders. Everything about this harness met our approval, from quailty to price. Would definitely buy again and recommend the harness to our dog owner friends.

We absolutely love the harness. It fits our baby so well. She was yanking and pulling with the leash. With this harness it made her so calm while walking her. I would definitely recommend buying one for your baby.

I ordered the Harness and was told 5 business days,,, but due to the mail problems it took 15 days,,, when it did arrive and I was able to see it wow ,,,, I'm impressed its made of very good quality material it will most likely out last my puppy and she's a boxer in another words im pleased with it ,,,

I love her harness as it is easy to use and she walks so much easier with it.

I am very disappointed with this firm. I placed my order on the 5th of January and saw where the site indicated that my order would arrive in 6 to 8 business days. On the 19th of the month (14 days after my order) I contacted the firm and was told to check out the DHL site to determine where my package was. I used the site and found that it said there was no feedback for a week. I again contacted the firm and got a very night response that said they found out that the site did not work either but no worries my package was coming .... Today is 20 days after my order and I have a bill from from my card company which I am not going to pay because I do not expect to ever see my order.
I am very disappointed.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered a barking deterrent and a harness a month ago. Get told oh don’t worry it will be there sometime. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Find another company. This one is horrible

Ordered this product in late Dec 2020. Took a while to get to me, but with all that is going on, it is understandable. When I did get it, I got it on my dog and it was a perfect fit. Cute and she actually like wearing the harness. The price was about right, have bought other harness that looks similar for a larger dog, and the price was in the general range of the larger harness. Thank you for the the work.

We are Happy with the harness and the service.
One suggestion the extension buckle could be a little more generous.

I waited approx a month to receive the harness
At first I was happy , in less than 3 months of use . the harness is falling apart . The reflective strap has torn and is fraying . Poor quality , Poor workmanship
Customer service is unreachable , only by emails that produce no results . I had 60 days is what they told me . I certainly did not purchase a Harness expecting to only last 60 days . Worst company I have ever dealt with

I ordered this Harness believing that it would come from the USA California on Jan 4th 2021. Today is Jan 22 2021 and i still have not received it. I just found out via the tracking number that this is coming from CHINA not the USA. Big mistake on my part for placing this order. Customer service doesnt do anything. And they keep sending me e-mails to buy more CHINA crap. False advertising in my book.

I ordered this harness in July of 2020 When it arrived I was a bit disappointed in the quality. It looked cheaply made, but I decided to keep it. The buckle on it broke this week Jan 2021. I contacted the customer service rep, Katie, and asked what could be done. I got a standard reply that they only guarantee their products for 60 days. There is another harness company that costs about the same and guarantees their product for one full year. I think I will be trying them next. I would not order from this company again.

Thses harnesses are the best ones yet and I would definitely recommend them for all my furbaby parents my dogs walk much better the dont pull as much any more and the both definitely love the way it feels always excited to go for walk now then ever thank you true harness for a wonderful product

Very happy with the service and the product. Walked my dog 4 or 5 times now with her new harness and it's so easy to put on and off, stays put and looks good too. Recommend

As with the other reviewers, the harnesses took forever to get to me. I ordered 2 harnesses for our 2 German Shepherd dogs.
The harnesses are very easy to put on and take off; however they have started coming apart after less than a month use. The stitching around the bottom of the harness has come loose and fabric is fraying. In addition, regardless of how many times I tighten the strap around my dog's middle, it comes loose again after just 1 walk.
DO NOT recommend.

UPDATE: I contacted customer support and was told you have only 7 days to register a complaint. Katie, seemingly all of customer support as noted by others, suggested that they send another harness and I would need to pay 50% of the re-shipment cost. I told them they can keep their harness and that I am very disappointed that they do not stand by their product.

We just received our harness for our five month old puppy Nino Brown. Our Nino is very active and has tried to run away on several occasions. However once we received our true harness Nino felt very comfortable while walking him and hasn’t tried to run away again. We love the color of the harness which has his name and telephone number on each side. Nino walks with so much pride on his daily walks. We are so glad we purchased true harness for our puppy and will continue being a customer in future purchase.

Love this harness. Have had many dogs, but have never used a harness. I bought one for my latest dog who I felt may be a flight risk. He's over a year, a very strong goldendoodle who had been abused in his previous home. The harness is very easy to get on and off and Maverick doesn't mind it at all. Great fit and I love the fact that his name and my phone number are easily visible on the harness -- just in case!!!

We recently rescued 2, 3 year old Lhasa-poo brothers. They weren’t trained and pulled tremendously on their leashes. Although it took a long time to receive the harnesses it was worth the wait. They are so easy to put on and Kevin & Randall don’t pull when they’re walking.
