These are the BEST bras! So comfortable and supportive look great under all kinds of tops and I can work out in them too!

The fit isn't accurate, and returns are difficult. I bought 4 bras, all the same size, and one out of 4 actually fit. They say you have 60 days to return, but there is a return fee, and some items become ineligible for return for no known reason, even days after receiving them. They have an AI chatbot to help on their website, but it is very limited with what it can do. To get a person, it will "escalate" and then after answering the same questions again, you get told someone will email you later to assist. Very unsatisfied with this experience. It is not risk free, which they imply all over their ads and website. Returns are also not hassle-free.

I recently purchased the menopause bras to try. Honestly anyone can wear them. They are super comfortable to wear and I am bigger chested. I also like you can adjust the shoulder straps. Once it warms up, I will see if the vented fabric works. They are definitely a brand worth trying. This is my third type of bra from this company. I will definitely continue buying from them!

I had an exchange question and the representative went above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately, the L size didn’t fit me and I exchanged them for XL. Now I love the fit and support.

True kind has always delivered an excellent product. I will always get my bras from them. The only down side it’s difficult to get someone to talk to when you have a problem. Ai is not good for customer problems. Over all I got great customer service after getting the correct person to handle my problem.

I haven't had any issues with fit or with ordering, so I haven't had to deal with returns or customer service. I used to wear a smaller size bra, but since gaining quite a bit of weight my bra size has significantly increased, especially my cup size. This is the first bra that has fit perfectly with no noticeable lumps or bulges. There's no pinching, or pain under my bust as with other brands.
I'm really happy with the softness of the fabric and overall fit so far. I like the choices of colors since I'm not into lots of color for my undergarments.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchases.

Non-existent customer support, beware of it! My order was delivered’, I never got it, it took me a real affront to find their customer support, after several days of getting their emails that they’ll get back to me, finally, in five days, they’ve shipped the replacement. This replacement got stuck in Chicago, it’s been 8 days, tracking freezes. I have spend so much time to get their number. When you call them, they take your number to message you. After that you wait for email. I. Then next day they reply that the package is on its way. It has been in transit for almost two weeks! When I opened a claim with their shipping company, they replied to me in two weeks that the case is closed, and that was that. Needless to say, I am SO upset of constantly trying to get a hold of someone and can’t. Very frustrating. Despite loving their bras and having being their customer for 6 years, I will never buy anything from them again nor will I recommend this brand to anyone, not for the lack of quality, but for not addressing the issue and not having a live phone support.

My first experience leaves a lot to be desired. My first order was lost in transit. The replacement did get here within 10 days but I purchased based on the sizing guide. It turns out to be too large.

Only received a portion of my order. No communication that items were unavailable. Once I co tacted them, and made a request, I was refunded for the missing items.

Easy to order. However, size is not quite accurate.

Ease of shopping online. I like all the products I have purchased. Communication is good with company getting back with answers to questions.

I love TrueKind Bras. I got my bras I ordered quickly and love the fit. I like the cups that are already formed and not soft fit like the original ones. I have smaller breasts after and these make me look fuller. Keep this bra for gals like me.

I have been wearing Truekind bras for years and love them. They fit so well and are very comfortable. Excellent quality too. I just bought the menopause bra and love it as well. Keeps you cool all day!

As a woman in her 70's, sagging DD boobs had been a problem for decades. Not any more. This is the most supportive bra, not to mention the most comfortable bra I have worn since I was a teenager. The only negative I might say, is that the width of the band differs from bra to bra of the same model, I'm told based on who the manufacturer is. That said, the narrower band is still full coverage and very comfortable, though I do prefer the wider band. know own 7 of this bra!!!!!!

Truekind bras are the most comfortable and the most supportive of all the wireless bras I have tried (I’ve tried six different brands). My one complaint is how the sides, where the cups and the band meet, just under my arms, bulge and wave. They seem to need more support and better design/construction in that area.
I now own three Truekind Supportive Comfort Wireless Shaping Bras, one black and two chai colored, and they all do this. That’s why I gave four out five stars.
I’ve had no issues with service or delivery.

I purchased some bras a few months ago that didn’t work out for me. They gave me the run around on my refund, but I finally got it worked out. Last week I received 2 bras in the mail in 2 separate orders that I did not order. I was charged full price for them and when I contacted Truekind I was told I signed up for a subscription to receive bras every 3 months. I did not. It took me an hour on a chat to get my full refund, which should have taken 10 minutes to accomplish. This is a terribly dishonest company. I would not recommend EVER doing business with them.

Ordered 2 bras, one fits fine the other is much too large. Unfortunately for some reason it says that one is not able to to be exchanged or returned and not sure why.
EDIT, issue was was resolved and return completed. I will order again once some products are back in stock.

I can’t tell you how I like the ras because I have not gotten my exchanges yet I am told that Iwill get an email to confirm these order like I was told 2 times now. So I am still waiting. Very disappointed.

I am happy with the bras I ordered. They provide full coverage, great support and smooth lines under my clothes. The bra extender was a nice surprise. Finding a bra that provides all of the above, plus comfort, was a real problem until I received this one, which did all that and exceeded my expectations.
