True Local directory has really helped with my back linking to my business Fully Detailed in Kangaroo Point.

If it wasn't for True Local directory listing I wouldn't have grown so rapidly and have the successes I am today.

Bravo travels ad advatised in true local website .
Bravo travels agents Pawan and raj are fake agents .
They cheated me and they took 9 k from my account .
They didn’t book any tickets .
They didn’t refund .

I cannot thank David from Moruya Tilt and Tow enough. He towed my bogged car out when my insurance refused to do the job. He was fast very reasonable and just a truly excellent person. If you need a tow in the Eurobodalla area give David a call. Thanks again David!

1) I contacted Cyanergy in Early March 2024
2) I received a quotation for a heat pump hot water system on the 7th of March 2024
3) As of the 31st of May (12 weeks later), Cyanergy have still have not committed to an install date.
4) I cancelled my order because the goods were not provided within a reasonable time.
5) Customer service staff were relatively helpful, but Cyanergy's management need to hire enough people and fix their processes/systems so that goods can be supplied installed within a reasonable time. 5) If their management lack the basic business acumen to balance short term costs (people) against long term costs (lost customers due to poor service, inefficient/ineffective systems/processes), it is questionable whether they should be one of the seven accredited providers for the NSW heat pump hot water rebate scheme. I will be providing this feedback to the relevant NSW government department.

Steve Hope is the sort of professional you can trust to always provide great service and skill for your TV reception / installation requirements. Reliable communication and punctual arrival. Calls when he’s on his way, does not charge exorbitant fees, provides insightful advice on the best way to get perfect reception and is a genuine nice bloke. Thanks

I had been in business 6 years when I received a malicious review on True Local. She bought something she said wasn't the same blue as on her computer, and therefore it was a different item - I explained colours varied slightly from computer to computer and was to do with her settings. She said I'd charged $30 to post it to her, when the shipping was only $8. I explained my business has a "No questions asked replacement/refund policy" and had already refunded her item - but she still left this outrageous, review, complete with lies. At the time I asked True Local to remove it, based on my answer which dealt with each and every outrageous accusation. But they would not. I have now been in business almost 14 years and this remains the only bad review I've ever had on any platform. So I wrote and asked if they would remove this 7 year old review - what good could leaving it there, do? It had harmed my business for many years. But they would not. This company does not care about your small business. I'm unsure what they do care about. From my experience, they seem to exist to damage small businesses and couldn't care less.

Adoni, never returned calls, and 3 years later post a reply on google thats defamtion. Save yourself time and find someine else

On Sunday 25th September 2022 It was nice of Ruby to refund the Bulla Sour Cream 200ml and The Old El Paso Stand 'N Stuff Flour Soft Tortillas 8 Pack for $6.85 back onto a Coles Returns Card tonight for me.

Dehomemaintenance came to inspect my unit in Campbellfield to prepare a quote for repairs and replacement of items that were damaged by tenant . They were on time and very courteous and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions honestly. The quote that was presented was very fair and it was a nice fit with my budget . Today the job was carried out and I must say how pleased I am with the result. Dean and Eliana are very professional in what they do and they kept me in informed the whole way through and sent pictures to show the work and see if it was to my satisfaction. If you need any home renovations done , I suggest you contact dehomemaintenance and speak to Eliana.

Where to start….avoid the middle aged woman who owns and runs this interior design business. And DO NOT EVER use her services. She is a so called interior designer with ZERO ethics, professionalism, honesty, integrity or ability to deliver on a project, of any size. We have been chasing her for 6 MONTHS after she did a site visit last Sept 2021 for a consult and subsequent Plan for us to work from for a total interior refurbishment of a 3 bedroom home. Flakey, deceptive, evasive are some of the descriptions that come to mind of this woman’s behaviour in response to us trying to get this Plan out of her for the past 6 months. In the end, she sent several pathetic emails pretending she had ‘lost the computer folder/file’ of our Plan and as such she couldn’t do anything about that! So, too bad, so sad was her attitude. Firstly, she straight out lied, as in reality, she never, ever had done a Plan of any description. Secondly, she would never respond to an email over the 6 months from us and when we resorted to trying to get her by phone (after multiple messages) she claimed she never got the emails. WOW WOW WOW!! It’s so breathtaking how easily this woman lets the lies and deceptions just roll off her tongue. Professionally chaotic, disorganised, dysfunctional, and downright toxic business practices are what defines this woman and her interior design business. How she is still in business is beyond us. NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE HER AS AN INTERIOR DESIGNER. GIVE HER A WIDE, WIDE BERTH…..FOR YOUR OWN SAKE AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY’S SAKE. GOOD RIDDANCE LADY. PS: Wouldn’t even give her one star in this review if I didn’t have to. If there was a MINUS star rating she be the poster child for it.

This is a pointless site if you're looking for a balanced and fair review of a business that is advertised on their site. True Local simply only publish good reviews and reject negative reviews without entering into any discussion why. They simply reject any review which talks negatively of a business which they promote on their site. If you then try to republish your review, even if it's edited, True Local stops you from publishing it with a constant error message stating "you cannot review the same business within a 24 hour period" this is even if you haven't written a review for this business for a week.
This makes their whole review policy pointless as you are never being given a true overview of a business, just being shown any positive feedback from consumers.
