Bei der Nutzung einer von True Luxury…

Bei der Nutzung einer von True Luxury Villas (Rhein Property GmbH) verwalteten Villa gibt es Hinweise darauf, dass versteckte Kameras installiert sein könnten. Andere betroffene Kunden haben mich gewarnt, dass Tim Lavreniuk, ein Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, persönlich daran beteiligt sein soll.
Als ich versuchte, die Situation zu klären, wurde ich von ihm auf äußerst unhöfliche und respektlose Weise behandelt. Jegliches Bemühen um eine sachliche Lösung wurde ignoriert.
Ich rate dringend, sich vor einer Buchung ausführlich zu informieren und die Räumlichkeiten sorgfältig zu überprüfen.
