App issue fixed by Help desk on Whatsapp
There was a problem with the app so my e sim purchases weren't going through.
I contacted them via Whatsapp and Octaviana helped me get the esims and everything was fixed and working within a few minutes.
The help was very courteous and professional

I was unable to install/activate the eSIM and couldn’t reach support. Utter waste of money. It’s appalling that I had no way to reach customer support, at the very least an email address!

I bought an ESIM fo use in Vietnam. During the purchase process I gave Truely my email address to which they were going to send order confirmation etc. it turned out I could not access this email address . Truely support team gave excellent personal support to rectify the problem and guide me through the set up process. Highly recommended individual service in a soulless age!

I’ve bought eSIMs for travel and to donate to Gaza through a few providers and Truely is my favourite by far. Not only do they have the easiest purchase and install process but you can also pay in AUD instead of the big dog currencies (which the Aussie dollar is pitiful against after conversion).
